I needed Austin Airport during 2025 spring break and page was blank. Submitted a chat to report and it offered to escalate then told me there was no option to escalate! What was the point of offering with no live crew to support. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2025-08-09* It worked for like a couple times now it won’t load or do anything. I downloaded it and tapped my airport, but it’s just a white screen! Tried restarting the app, nothing. Those garages were not listed, but the app was happy to display garages on the other side of the planet. ### 1/5 — So creepy *2016-08-24* This entire system is a terrible invasion of privacy. Using it, anyone in the world can get a live video stream of your car if they know your license plate number and where you work. It's every stalker's dream app. ### 2/5 — Find MY car *2023-11-25* App returns 3 frames of images of cars. None of them MY car. I am parked in a multi- level airport garage. I drive a very recognizable vehicle and the picture quality is so poor, that I have yet to recognize my truck. So, right now, I am 0/12 in successfully locating my vehicle. Then it tells you to find your car…. Folks, when I opened this app, I figured it would do 2 things. 1: Tell me how much the parking garage costs to park. 2: Give me an option to tell it where I’m parked. No explanation how the app works, or what to do when you get to the site. 3 stars.
