I only order on the app to get rewards. Spent $50 so far and NOOOO points, NOOOO rewards. I even sent a message through the app and NOOOO response!!! But I love their BBQ.

I usually like to round up in the tip line but they don’t let you freehand a tip. Only preset 5,10,15%. There should always be a freehand custom tip option.

We have been regular patrons since they’ve opened their doors. Also many family members have been employees in the past.  At any location,  Their Bbq and customer service has always been hands down the best!

I love this new app and the ability to order and pay  online. It is very user friendly. One suggestion...there needs to be a way to order extra sauce. I wanted to order a pint of sauce but couldn’t find a way to do this. Otherwise, the app is great! Love PABBQ!!
