The Park Bunbury app helps you find available parking near your destination. Using real-time data and sensors, the app will direct you to the most convenient parking around the city. Once you’ve found your park, the app lets you pay directly on your smart device (only at those locations where payment is required for additional time). There’s no need to make payment at the parking meter. To find available parking, open the app to reveal the city map. The coloured icons (red, green, and amber) indicate the number of parks which are available. Tapping a map icon will give you more information about the parking controls in that area. This includes hours of operation, time limits, parking fees, and other restrictions. By typing in your destination, the app can display and guide you to available parking options nearby. To pay for parking via the app, you will need to create an account and log in. As an account holder, you’ll be able to remotely ‘top up’ your parking to the time limit, without having to return to your vehicle. You will be notified when your parking is about to expire which will help you know when you need to return to your vehicle. I had another go at home and it still doesn’t work, the map keeps shutting down, and it’s just a bit of a mess, clunky and unworkable. Who designed this???? It’s terrible and I’d be embarrassed to put my name to it. Y not that expensive to get an app that works. DO BETTER! ### 1/5 — Not working *2025-06-18* Nothing loads through, I can’t put in my car details without being stuck on the loading circle, I can’t out my bank details in without getting stuck on the app. No matter how long I wait I’m just stuck there. How is this convenient? ### 1/5 — Not easy to find - cc details for free parking *2023-06-03* App should be able to work out where you’re parking - not list every car park in the city centre precinct. Should not have to enter credit card details when larking is free - the app does not give any confidence in security of info! Declined to enter my details so if course errored out.
