I have had multiple instances of it not accepting a deposit for no good reason. It doesn’t seem to recognize asterisks in the amount on printed checks. Remote deposit is the most important feature since branches are so scarce. Nothing but problems and more difficult to use. ### 1/5 — Mobile Deposit is garbage *2024-06-11* what’s the point of having a mobile banking app if you can’t even deposit a check?? no reason for it to be saying “sorry, something went wrong” every. single. time. i try to deposit a check. get it together. ### 1/5 — Worst banking app *2024-05-15* Ive tried to pay my credit card but in doing so it will not let me use an external banking account. This app is probably the worst app there is for banking. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2024-03-19* Not user friendly at all. Going to local bank and seeing if it’s me or the design. Current and available balance remain the same. In order to see pending or scheduled bills I have to go to another page and look for them. Everything takes up too much space requiring unnecessary scrolling to get the information needed. ### 1/5 — Data takes up too much screen space *2024-03-09* The latest version of app takes up too much screen space. A simple debit from checking account takes up 10 lines! This means you have to scroll forever to view recent transactions. I like the way it looks, but now I can’t communicate with third party communications. And the quick balances won’t ever load. But the two stars really are because the app does not allow you to do budgeting. I have to use and external app for that purpose which requires that I give them access to my bank to obtain balances. This app only allow to add notes to the listed expenses ### 1/5 — Face ID *2023-09-27, version 5.15.34* Switched to a new iPhone now Face ID quit working for this app ### 2/5 — Won’t stop closing *2023-09-05, version 5.15.34* Since the update, the app immediately closes after logging in. The update does look nice but could use a Zelle in app option. ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2023-07-24, version 5.15.33* The update that occurred recently has us changing our passwords on multiple occasions and on multiple devices. Not sure why this occurring. The app says ID passwords not recognized after multiple attempts to gain access to the accounts. Will always take the picture of the front but will fail 9 out of 10 times on the back picture. Same light and background as the front, even trying multiple lighting and backgrounds does not help. Pitiful customer service 2. Wayyyyyy to conservative. I have a 700 plus credit score and they gave me a $500 credit card ….woo. Let it collect dust in my drawer for almost a year. Credit line increase? Nope denied 😂 3. Louisville resident ? Choose another credit union and you’ll thank me later ### 1/5 — Face ID *2022-09-18, version 5.15.16* Face ID options stopped working all of a sudden. When I went to turn the setting off and back on it says “Use Unavailable ID” as the option instead of “Use Face ID” and even after turning it off and back on, nothing. ### 1/5 — Time expired message won’t allow me to log in. *2022-04-08, version 5.15.2* Cannot use app on IPhone ### 1/5 — Face ID Downgrade *2021-12-10, version 5.13.2* With the old app I was able to save my password and use facial recognition to login every time. With the new app I still have to input my password every login even with Facial ID enabled. Please change this back. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — STOP!! *2026-05-27* This thing you call an APP to manage your precious MONEY is TAKING your MONEY. I checked my transactions and apparently they take 0.1¢ and 0.5¢ out of YOUR bank account. Whenever they PLEASE. I am DONE. ### 1/5 — We are currently experiencing a higher level of call volume *2026-04-29* So if you’re having trouble with your app …. ### 1/5 — Extremely irritating *2026-03-16* Why can't you lock your debit or credit card within the app in the case that it's been lost? This is ridiculous. Stayed on the phone for 2 hours and just kept getting transferred. I’ve been meaning to write a review. (I never write app reviews) but this upgrade is so easy to follow along with. It’s smooth. It’s sleek. It’s not hard to maneuver. It makes it easier to make any changes that you need yourself instead of having to call and get assistance. The font is large enough so you don’t have to zoom in. ### 5/5 — iPhone X Support *2017-11-10, version 4.6.180* The app looks great in general. It makes transferring between my accounts a breeze. Along with this, it provides some nice data on each account over time. The thing that I really wish to be introduced is Notifications. If the app would send notifications for when you get your Direct Deposit or when a Check Withdrawal hits, it would no doubt be perfect.
