Super frustrating when the app is down occasionally… and it lands you with a parking ticket! There is an appeal process; however, it’s never fun to walk out and see a ticket on your car- especially when trying to pay for parking but can’t getting the dang app to work

Was trying to contact them for support because apparently the app cannot handle a vpn being used on my phone… “network error, try again”.  However, the “contact us” within the app leads to nowhere functional and the same thing on the desktop… type everything in and then verify and get an error… retry different ways, emails, etc.  error every time.  No support I guess.  Also “allows” you to pay more than the maximum daily amount at some lots.

The Park Duluth App is fantastic, my only complaint would be that the Zones are exhibited in a more prominent manner! Other than that, very convenient!

I tried to set it up on the fly, does not use my credit cards that are in my home wallet and I got stuck in a loo where it would not let me set up a pin that it wanted.
Great idea hope it gets fixed

We were in Duluth for the day. We used the parking app as we didn’t have any change for the meter. The app told us, incorrectly, that payment was not needed on our day. It seems the meter we parked at was a seasonal meter and payment is required during the warmer months. 

I filed a bug report and was told to contact someone else. It’s very poor customer service when a user has taken the time to file a bug report only to be told to contact some other group. Take ownership of your app and work with your partner to fix it. Don’t make it the customers problem.

I’m pretty sure my pin is correct, but it wouldn’t accept it. Then I tried to reset pin, and it said I needed to re-enter my cc info in order to reset pin. Makes sense, okay. Entered new cc info, but there was no option to create new pin. Infuriating, now I need to go find a ramp or get a parking ticket. Please fix this.

I tried creating an account, but after I placed my email it did not prompt me with a 4 digit pin to create, therefore I can’t login because when asked for a password, I don’t know what it is because I never created one

Would like to have the option to pay just once for my 3.5 hr stay if I know that I not moving. I don’t like to carry my phone with me while I work, thus the warning is null for me.

           Thanks for making things a little more convenient.

Not sure what happened, but can not access this app. Went through the very simple registration process. Was then asked for a 4 digit PIN. Never had the opportunity to set up a pin, so had no idea what to put in. After three tries of guessing what my PIN would be I was locked out. 
Tried the PIN reset, but wasn’t given the chance to put in a new PIN. All that was asked was to update my CC info. I’m a firm believer that there is usually a good explanation for these kinds of issues, but and really not quite sure what else I could have done.
Tried deleting and re-downloading the app. Tried to do a new account and ended up in the same place after putting in the 3 digit security code that was sent to my email.
App is currently useless with no ideas on how to remedy the situation.

There is almost not enough time in the max to allow you to eat an/ or shop in an hour and 20 minutes. It should be allowed to extend at a meter on Superior St.

Cannot add a card through the app because it doesn’t put the dashes between each set of numbers. Found this out after visiting the site to add one and it put them in on their own, so possible to do so yourself. Visiting from out of state. Amazed that I had to temporarily download an app just to park haha. Ridiculous.

NOT Able to pay with the app because the app said my credit card was already on file. But also not able to log into my account to use my credit card to pay for my parking. Second, nobody is around to help with this app when you’re standing out in the cold on the street, trying to pay. And especially when you’re trying to get to the hospitaland you have to pay for parking with an app that doesn’t work.

Why do I need an app to park? I shouldn’t.  Parked at a meter and went through the process of paying through an app, only to have the meter still be red.   Had to dig in the faq section to find out that the meter will always be red.   The whole process is a pain.  Why can’t I just use a card at the meter? Not a fan at all.   Plus there was a processing fee.  Worst parking experience in a city ever.  Do better.

It only lets you extend your meter time until 5pm, it does not give you the option to extend it an hour or anything less than until the end of the day. Disappointed in the new app.

Contacted support about the issue and received NO response. Highly questioning the integrity of the app developers. Seems like they just want an easy way to scam us for money.

I downloaded and reinstalled the app several times. Entered payment info over and over. The app kept prompting a PIN (which I never created); resetting the PIN only brought me to re-enter payment info, then back to login (still without a PIN). 
No support available. 0/10 would recommend.

I have found that the Park Duluth app has saved me money, even though there is a small service fee associated with each new transaction. First, I get far fewer tickets now that I get a reminder when my parking fee is about to expire. Second, I used to pay for more time than I might need so that I didn’t have to deal with it. Now, since I can add time from anywhere, I pay for the least amount of time I might need and then add as necessity dictates.

I use this app almost daily.  It works well, is fast, and I don’t have to keep a stash of quarters for meters.  It is also WAY faster and less of a pain than the paystations that interstate parking has around town.  There is no waiting in line for anything.  Love it.
