No way to register, absolutely a waste of time in these so called rip off states.

Need a user if and password to log in, but as a new user I need to register, no option to do so, therefore this app is hopeless. I have to ask why local councils would approve this garbage as a payment method, smacks of Sadiq Khan levels of incompetence

Wish I could rate it zero stars, a complete waste of time

Tried to load this app at a car park in the pouring rain because I didn’t have any change. The home screen asked for username and password, which I didn’t have as I had just downloaded it. There was no option to register and no menu option at all. Tried several times but no way of setting the app up. Ended up having to pay by phone. Useless app, do not recommend.
