I verified my reservation in the web page. What happened ### 4/5 — Buggy *2023-01-16, version 3.41.4* App will not let me change my phone number. Just gets stuck with the bus bumping up and down. Please fix this issue. ### 3/5 — Broke *2022-11-20, version 3.41.4* This app no longer works on iOS 16. It crashes every time trying to make a reservation or updating account ### 3/5 — Normally works great but buggy as of late… *2022-11-15, version 3.41.4* Yesterday I would’ve given 5 stars but after booking today only 3 stars. Why? It was very tough booking a basic reservation as errors kept arising but instructions on what was causing the issue. After finally making reservation, I cannot add it to my Apple wallet. As a very frequent traveler, I use this app several times per month and have never seen these types of issues. And yes, all software is up to date, I closed out the app, and even did a hard restart of my iPhone but still no improvements. ### 2/5 — Missing reservations *2022-11-12, version 3.41.4* When you book the website it doesn’t show up in the app Also booking in the website doesn’t always send email confirmations ( I checked spam) so you MUST take note of your reservation NUMBER! ### 2/5 — App stopped working a few weeks ago. *2022-09-15, version 3.41.3* All I get is a blank screen no updates have been made in a while. The other bad thing is that I never saves your login information. Trying to remember too many passwords ### 2/5 — Crashes frequently and loses all history *2022-09-12, version 3.41.3* As bad as the previous version was at least it kept your account information, saved credit cards, and history. Since my last two updates ### 3/5 — App version 3.41.0 will not open on iPhone 8 *2022-07-23, version 3.41.3* Update: I deleted the PnF app and reinstalled it which seems to address the issue. I updated to app version 3.41.0 a few days ago. Since that update, I am unable to open the app on my iPhone 8 running iOS 15.5. When I attempt to open the app, my screen is white and is devoid of content. **Developer response:** Hi, We hate that you are having this issue. Is there anyway you could uninstall and reinstall the app? ### 1/5 — Inoperable *2022-05-20, version 3.40.0* I created an account online which doesn’t seem to sync to the app. When I attempt to create an account in the app it does absolutely nothing. Doesn’t bring me to a new page or kick back an error that I could take to support. Nothing. So this is essentially useless to me. ### 2/5 — App need some work *2022-04-10, version 3.40.0* The directions button doesn’t work. It can’t find the route from my location (which it found) to the Park ‘N Fly location (which it couldn’t find.) It shows Park ‘N Fly- Minneapolis in the ocean, off the coast of Cameroon, Africa. In addition, the address is not hyperlinked to a navigation app. The arrival and departure instructions were not carefully reviewed before posted because it kind of not make any sense. ### 1/5 — Shuttle tracking is a blank white screen *2022-01-02, version 3.32.3* After arriving in Philadelphia on a red eye, we did everything we were supposed to do to get picked up. We sent the text and responded to where we were. We called, but couldn’t reach a person. When trying to locate the shuttle on the shuttle tracker in the app, it becomes a blank white screen. Why can’t we reach anyone or find out where the shuttle is? ### 2/5 — Poor service *2021-12-28, version 3.32.3* Made a reservation in advance and showed up to the entrance of the parking complex to be sent away with the explanation that there were no open spots left. At least 20 other vehicles sent away. ### 1/5 — The shuttle request is terrible *2021-11-30, version 3.32.3* It’s good to have the reservations in the app instead of carrying around a printed copy, best part of it should be the shuttle tracker in the shower request system. However those two features are absolutely terrible. I always end up just having to dig out my stupid ticket from my pocket and text them my airline and ticket number. Also, the shuttles do not come anywhere near frequently enough. I missed one tonight by 5 seconds because the app was so stupid slow. No I’m gonna be sitting here for 15 or 20 minutes. ### 1/5 — Call but still no haul… *2021-11-27, version 3.32.3* Texted the pickup number 3 times and called twice. Lady said she would radio to get us picked up. When van finally came, he said he was just driving through so I guess she never did…1 hour from the first contact we were finally dropped off at our car. Saw the Spot vans numerous times. One even stopped to talk after passing by so many times. Told her we will be with them next time. ### 2/5 — Waited for 45 minutes *2021-11-27, version 3.32.3* We waited for over 45 minutes. Other companies had 3 vans go by. We called several times. The driver did the minimum to help with luggage and when we went to drive out the girl at cashier didn’t want to look at my phone and kept asking for paper we got when we first parked. What’s the sense of having an app if you still want a hard copy? The price was good and this is the first time we had difficulties with them. We will give them another chance but their are multiple options ### 1/5 — Like long waits…. *2021-11-21, version 3.32.3* If you like long waits to get from vehicle to airport and airport to vehicle, you’ve got the right parking place! Every time I use this I am continually disappointed. The app tracker does not display vehicles accurately, they are hit and miss with responding and when they do come it is a “free for all” to not be left behind until the “next shuttle arrives” ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Great Company Horrible App *2024-01-23* I love using Park n Fly they have a great staff that really takes care of you. However, the app is horrid. I consistently have issues not being able to save my reservation to my wallet. It also no longer stores my card info, which may be good or bad. It seems I’ve lost some of my reward days as well. Being in the top tier it should automatically load your pricing. I feel this is a way you may overpay if you don’t click the platinum button. ### 1/5 — Worthless app *2024-01-14* This app is completely worthless. When I go to sign in, the screen flashes and then stays at the login page. I can use my credentials or make up fake ones. The same behavior no matter what I put in. I have a standard issue iPhone 15 Pro with nothing out of the ordinary on it. I have reported it to Park n Fly support to no avail-they told me that they would help me but never followed up. Worthless app. Don’t bother using it in my opinion. ### 1/5 — App does not work *2023-12-01* If I can give this app a zero star, I would have the time the app does not work. I tried to make a reservation and all it does is spin. It keeps on making me put in a credit card. When I have two on file I get an email saying the app is ready for update, but when I check the app there is no update needed for this app, I can tell the company does not check the reviews they have not made any changes to the app in the last year have been all one to two star reviews ### 1/5 — Been parking at PNF for over 10 years *2023-06-15* During that 10 years i have been platinum more often than not. This app was forced on most of us. It has potential, but little delivery. Adding your parking to the iphone wallet app has been broken for almost a year.... It's buggy at best. Now they have changed their policies and removed my 15% platinum discount for stays over a week long. You can't trust the app, you can't trust the support team... ### 1/5 — That’s it I’m done… *2023-05-11* What the heck happened to this app in this parking lot service? I fly out of Atlanta weekly and have been using the plus lot for two years now. The app will never allow me to add my current parking ticket to Apple wallet, I’m always waiting extended times for a pick up shuttle upon arrival, and now on the app my prepaid ticket is not showing as I exit forcing me to Sweet in a long line pics apparently none of the booths are working. This parking service an app or complete garbage. I’m going elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Most dysfunctional app *2023-05-02* This is the most dysfunctional app I’ve had the displeasure of working with in a long, long time. Crashes. Hangs. Doesn’t have drop-down data in a drop down entry field. Enter all the data for a reservation then loses it. I’ve just wasted a half hour reentering the same reservation 4 times, the last time after deleting and reinstalling the app and a hard restart of the phone. I was Gold Tier and approaching Platinum, for now I’ll park somewhere else - anywhere else! ### 1/5 — App keeps crashing!!! Please fix. *2022-11-16, version 3.41.4* When I try to pull up the reservation it crash every time and I can’t even pull up my other reservation since the app crash and I have to go back out and come back in still crashing ### 1/5 — Worst app on my phone *2022-10-29, version 3.41.4* For the my last several trips, the app never allowed me to make a reservation so I just did it online. Just recently, I reserved online but then when I tried to access it on my app, it just freezes and doesn’t do anything. When it worked in the past, the people at the booth always had to TAKE MY PHONE TO SEE MY RESERVATION! They had no technology to SCAN THE BARCODE when exiting. So what’s the point of the mobile app? I should just hand them printed paper. Basic systems and processes are overlooked and it’s frustrating. ### 1/5 — Worthless app! *2022-08-21, version 3.41.3* ALWAYS says my past reservation is my current one. As a result, the loyalty level or the day earned doesn’t always register until I signed out and sign back in, and open and close the app. Doesn’t always work. Now I can’t make a reservation because when I hit review for the next step, it just refreshes. Same thing, I signed out then back in and it still doesn’t work. I even signed in on the website but even though I signed into my account, it is asking for my account info!? Totally worth every penny and I have nothing bad to say about this company or their employees. I’ve always had a pleasant experiences. This review is about the app. Something has happened with the app where it is no longer working on my phone. I have an iPhone XR. The app opens and I see nothing but a white screen and I don’t know what’s happened. Just wanted to report it to someone. The staff and drivers have always been really helpful. It’s a quick turnaround from parking to the gate. I’m a huge fan! I called to ask what needed to be done to pay the additional fees and was given very good information. When I arrived to get the car a shuttle took me immediately to my car. Upon checking out I discovered I didn’t have the ticket with me but the attendant was very kind and took care of everything. I was on my way home within 15 minutes of arrival. I’ve already made my reservation for my next trip. Would definitely recommend using Park ‘n Fly for efficiency and security! ### 5/5 — New customer *2021-07-23, version 3.31.4* I read all the reviews and seriously haven’t had ANY issues at all with the app. It’s also July 2021 and most reviews were from the spring of 2021 so it seems the app has received some updates. The service was awesome, I strongly recommend this service and app use for check in and out when parking in their lot.
