Incredibly annoying and won’t let you turn it back up. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!! ### 2/5 — Need to enable ApplePay *2022-10-31, version 2.0* Creating reservation would be quicker and easier, if ApplePay was an option. 4yrs is a long time to make updates to the application. They did make sure that you can still book parking without logging in, so no worries they’ll miss getting your money. You just won’t earn credit for parking. They picked me up on time but when I opened my car door it smelled like mildew. My drivers seat was disgustingly wet. I told the cashier and his reply was oh. Don’t worry because I will be writing corporate next. Can’t view reservations, can’t display scan code when checking in at gate, can’t update return date/time, can’t cancel a reservation, can’t get receipts for expense reports, doesn’t store car info like tag number . . . Basic AF. ### 1/5 — Pretty pointless *2016-09-02, version 1.0* Makes you login each time with your frequent Parker number; then displays the bar code. Would be a nice idea to be able to have that instead of carrying the card. But not if you have to enter the number each time. Really doesn't do anything other than allow you to make a reservation, which I never do anyway. App dims to lowest setting when you open it. Try to brighten and it immediately goes back to dark (can’t see it at all). Have to us the confirming email to get in or out of the lot. The reservation goes to “completed” once you check in. So app works provided you join free program and receive FP number. ### 4/5 — Easy to use nice on virtual FP card *2018-08-28, version 1.0* I admit I keep losing my FP card bc I’m not a frequent traveler. This is the nice part of the app. So far only downside I see is it can’t see an existing reservation I made on my iPad via web portal. That’s not surprising, but would think it could pull up current reservations not made on the app, bc the FP# is associated with rez and city location. Email received was the only thing showing the reservation. ### 3/5 — Add card/reservation to Apple Wallet? *2023-07-05, version 2.0* No issues with the app, but I don’t use it much. As a matter of fact, I forgot I had it installed and made my most recent reservation on my computer and browser. I have somehow managed to not lose the card so I was able to log in with my number, and my latest reservation is there. I was wondering if I could add my frequent Parker card to my apple wallet, but it doesn’t seem like it.
