Worked once upon a time but now it just hangs after putting in userid and password.   Deleted and reinstalled but that didn’t help.

Very inferior to the Century National app I’d been using happily for years. Doesn’t scale to the iPad, stays at iPhone size and the image is 50% off center, making it unreadable and useless.

This app worked when i first downloaded it but now it wont even open, it crashes as soon as i open it.

I’ve used the mobile app on my phone for years. Recently I’ve upgraded to iPad Pro. This app opened once and made one transfer correctly. The second time I’d didn’t show the correct balances for accounts and now crashes immediately upon opening.

I have tried the deposit feature on three different devices and 3 different IOS versions and it always fails. Notified the bank and have had no fixes. If all you need is to see your balance, it works fine but don't think you will be able to deposit anything.

Great app!  Looks amazing and easy to navigate!  If you are a Park National Bank customer, you definitely need this app!

The app is good for checking balances. That’s about it.

Transaction history, especially for mortgages, is woefully incomplete. When a payment is made, no accounting is shown for what went to principal, interest, or escrow.

I applied an escrow refund to principal. That transaction doesn’t show up. Escrow balance is unavailable.

If Park would like an example of an excellent banking app, I suggest they look up the Max Credit Union app.
