However, inputing the same login credentials on the website has always worked for me. And I promise they are taking money from me. There is no way I have my card locked so my car payment can come off and nothing charges to my account and my amount is $2 short than what I had in there. Didn’t use that card AT ALL because I was waiting for my car payment to be paid. And wake up then boom two dollars short with no transactions. Like what!!!! I CANNOT WAIT TO CHANGE BANKS I HATE THEM. I owe $100 in charge backs to my car payment because of some time period if u transfer from checking to savings the money doesn’t actually move until a certain time and if they charge ur account for the payment and the money IS THERE PHYSICALLY THAT UR EYE CAN SEE. But To them it TECHNICALLY didn’t transfer until a certain time it’s gonna charge cause it’s not in the account fr. Like does that make sense . The app is a bad copy of their awful website. The least intuitive, early 2000s look and function, no basic autopay options (e.g., schedule for due date as opposed to a frequency), no way to download or even view invoices (I’ve looked everywhere and clicked on every option). When you choose to make a payment, there is no pre populated amount or an actual payment amount due posted anywhere. If I just want my account number and the most basic information about the loan it’s ok. But it’s just absolutely awful all around. I guess it’s the sacrifice required for the semi decent loan terms. You’d think they’d make it as easy as possible to take your money. ### 1/5 — Bad fraud system *2025-03-01, version 24.1* I can not tell you how many times over the past 3 years I’ve had to call park national to get my card off of being on hold because of there system over me spending my money on my card fix this or I’m going and I bet a lot of people have this problem. fix your system! Not to mention I can’t use any of my cards right now because of course when I tried calling to get it off hold the systems are down. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — So easy *2026-08-31, version 25.2.0* I was so afraid of changing banks when Park took over. Recently I have heard nightmares of another local bank changing and what the customers had to go through with that change. BUT with Park National Bank, I was able to set up my debit card, install the app and start using as well as our bills being paid just as before while all this was going on. No problems, no hiccups, everything just as before. The only difference is the color, graphics and name on the app!
