You can’t use the app to pay for parking at this update. When it works, it’s great. It doesn’t work at the moment. ### 2/5 — Never Consistent *2024-04-11* When this app works, it’s great! However, more times than not, it does not. Working downtown and constantly trying to park, what an inconvenience. There are times when I have no choice but to pay $20 event parking just to go to work. I’ve received numerous tickets that were inaccurately given for not paying when I did pay. Of course I appeal these and usually win but it’s still a waste of my time. I have walked out to my car with 2-3 minutes remaining on my time, only to find them next to my car waiting to write a ticket. This is a joke and needs to stop. The work-around is to uninstall and then reinstall the app. Log in will work after fresh install, which is weird. Worst app I have EVER used *2023-03-03* No point in changing your vehicles, it’s sticking with whatever you put in there first. I’ve gotten 5 tickets for a car that I no longer have listed in my vehicles. This app is a joke. I would rather put meters in a quarter. UPDATE: now it has quit saving your payments details, so EVERY single morning I have to Re enter my payment details. I am about to start paying the $300 a month to park in the other lot because I end up getting hundreds worth of tickets with this anyway while also wasting several hours a month screwing with the app **Developer response:** Hi there.
