## Most critical reviews (6 lowest-rated)

### 5/5 — User friendly app

*2026-10-06*

This app was so much more user friendly than the actual Disney app. Easier at a glance vs navigating through the Disney park app. 10/10 recommend

### 5/5 — Great for rides going down

*2026-10-02*

This was so helpful in knowing when a ride was down/back up. I was often the first person to know. It really helped when I was on the way to a ride and it went down so I knew to change my plan. I also use it to rush to a ride when it opened back up to get in the line early. I didn’t utilize the lightning lane feature because I didn’t buy them but I thought it was worth it just for the up and down and low wait notifications. Will download again next time I go!

### 5/5 — Simple & Effective

*2026-09-30*

We used this app non-stop when we were in the parks. We found ourselves going to this app to check wait times rather than the Disney app. Also, the notification feature takes makes it so easy and mindless to navigate the parks. Couldn’t recommend this app enough.

### 5/5 — Must Have App for WDW Trip

*2026-09-29*

I’ve been using this app my whole trip and it’s outstanding. The alerts are perfect and I’m literally walking onto Space Mountain right now with 0 wait because of an alert I set. Much better layout than the app Disney offers and makes it so easy to see what’s going on in the parks instantly

### 5/5 — Best app!!!

*2026-09-24*

Love this app. The app works amazing and I love being able to have the access to check lighting lanes, wait times, and reservations all at the same time.

### 5/5 — Great app for park day management

*2026-09-11*

The app works great and helped me secure multiple earlier Lightning Lane return times. Make sure to turn on notifications in the settings tab otherwise you will not receive any alerts
