The digital keys and services don’t work. Reception and bar were nothing special and not like the on-line photos. I paid £239.00 for a double room the an extra £10 for a top floor room (thinking it may be a nicer, less used room) and it was horrible. I wouldn’t pay more than £90 for this place. We also walked out of breakfast as it felt like chaos, the food looked horrible and the seating was like something out of a 90’s McDonalds. I’ll never go back and it totally ruined our weekend away 😢 ### 1/5 — Digital key option not showing *2025-11-13, version 1.3.1* I know I complain about digital key option not showing after check in on app and have have complain to the hotel (Leeds)few times, but they keep saying other customers don’t have problem with their app. Mine always work in the past until past few times and maybe until the last update, the digital key option not showing after check in, but showing when not check in yet, so weird. Even more weirder is I received notification saying digital key is is now activated when I’m close to hotel and I can use to enter my room, but when I close the app and open again, the digital key option disappeared again, so clearly there’s something wrong with the app. PLEASE fix it!! ### 3/5 — Have to have WhatsApp! *2025-09-17* Tell people to download WhatsApp in order to chat with front desk for amenities! I had to call the front desk twice for the same amenities since they forgot the first time. :/ Let’s use apps like it’s the future. ### 5/5 — Super Lage *2025-07-15, version 1.2.9* Danke an das super Frühstücksteam, besonders Anshida. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt im Park Plaza Riverbank London. ### 1/5 — Lousy service *2025-07-08* Sitting here in the lounge after they told me I have a discount I can use while my room is prepared. I’m five minutes early for check in and they don’t have the room ready and the discount does not apply to the drink. This is the second time I have stayed here in a week, because of business, and it’s still a lousy app and terrible hotel. ### 1/5 — Online check in don’t work for Park Plaza Leeds *2025-06-14, version 1.2.9* Overall app layout very good, love the digital key option. Start lower the rating when I do online check in to skip the queue and over 50% of the time, this function don’t work (keep saying the reservation number not found) and I end up have to queue to check in. I been told it might be a glitch on the system and tried again later and still don’t work after many attempts. Then I been told it might be because I haven’t paid for the booking. This is entirely false because when i booked this hotel first time, it let me do online check in and pay for it during the process. Please do not advertise online check in and digital key option if it don’t work half of the time ### 1/5 — Front desk is so not useful *2025-06-10* No way to contact the hotel via the app, either before or after arrival. Very rudimentary app. ### 5/5 — Absolutely Exceptional! *2025-06-09* I had an amazing stay at Park Plaza—truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hospitality was outstanding, the room was spotless and beautifully designed, and the service was beyond excellent. From check-in to room service, everything was handled with such care and professionalism. I honestly have no words to fully describe how good it was—just perfect in every way. Highly recommended! ### 5/5 — Park Plaza County Hall London *2025-05-01, version 1.2.9* Ein sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Die Lage ist Top, man kann fast alles fussläufig erreichen, sehr zentral gelegen. Falls man Fragen oder Tipps braucht, kann man sich gerne an die Rezeption wenden, sehr kompetenter Service und nette Menschen. ### 3/5 — One night *2025-04-22, version 1.2.9* Place was lovely in a great location with very nice room Only problem was the bathroom flooding. Reported to staff who offered me a room change but who wants to move all your stuff late at night. Probably a one off but it did spoil our stay a little. Will try it again as I liked the place.
