I'm just won't open. Every time I try to use it I have to delete the app and reinstall it. The bank isn't much better. It's definitely a DEI institution and you're not gonna find any competent people there. ### 1/5 — Account issue *2024-06-13, version 2024.1.0.4* My spouse set up the account so when I tried to add the app to my phone I was told I had to use the username and password she set up instead of having my own log in as with every other app. As soon as I logged in it said I was unable to see my account information and I haven’t been able to see it since. ### 1/5 — Its okay *2023-04-03, version 2022.9.2.1* Disappointing app, requires to taps to make the deposit each time. When you run a small business on tuition payments this is a lot of wasted time clicking again and again. Then there was the delay of months for the fix of the app being unable to do deposits while they figured out a solution to the app update. Thank you ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work well *2021-05-18, version 2021.3.0.26* Not user friendly. Applied on app for a loan and got halfway through and it timed out twice and deleted everything. If you have hidden an account you can’t change the setting on the app to show it so you can transfer money to it. I don’t want to see my teenagers total as part of my total balances. Hid it and couldn’t transfer money to him until I got to a computer to unhide his account. A few more issues with Parkside and we will be switching banks. We’ve only had this bank for 2 months and I’m already regretting our decision to switch banks. ### 2/5 — Not user friendly *2019-09-29, version 6.0.1* I think I liked their old app better. This new one doesn’t seem any better. It’s constantly not working. Always gives me the error messages with almost everything I do. I live out of state and I rely on this to work in order to make my payments since I don’t like writing checks and mailing them. I have to call in at least once a week since the new one came out. Not happy at all. ### 2/5 — More difficult to access *2019-05-08, version 5.12.2* Used to be able to use Face ID on multiple accounts, now I have to choose ONE account for Face ID and memorize insanely secure passwords for remaining accounts...no list of accounts at login to choose from...single account app at this point ### 3/5 — Notifications don’t work *2019-06-09, version 5.12.2* Push notifications don’t work with the new app. They appear in the app under messages, but in on my phone. I have the settings on the app and my phone set to allow. ### 3/5 — Multiple accounts is missing?! *2019-05-08, version 5.12.2* I have 4 accounts at Parkside and I instantly miss to have access to a list and face recognition on all 4 on the app. I hope it comes back soon because it’s a big time saver! ### 5/5 — Best Credit Union Ever *2024-03-02, version 2023.10.1.1* Being a retired military member, I have used many credit unions throughout my lifetime. Park Side Credit Union is the very best I’ve ever invested in. They have superior banking and investment opportunities as well as very reasonable interest rates on loans and payouts on your personal investments. The staff and customer service are always friendly and superior to any Credit Union or bank I’ve ever invested in or known about. I would recommend the app to anyone who banks with Parkside credit union.
