Getting message while I try to pay monthly maintenance charges: Please select at least one balance to proceed even if I already have selected.

Sms never arrived also the tried to resend it many time, but no success. After 2-3 retries UI goes buggy. when tap on keyboard key it start disappearing keyboard. seem like MNP numbers are not handled properly
