Some new features are nice, but on the average I don’t like the new software. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding our app. It helps us identify areas where we can make enhancements to make the app more intuitive and efficient for our users. ### 3/5 — Bill pay lag *2023-01-09* When a check from bill pay or payment from bill pay is sent out; it does not clear the checking account for a few days. It does not show up in pending transactions and it does not show on bill pay that it is paid. This needs to be rectified by showing it as a pending transactions so people can see what they actually put into bill pay. ### 4/5 — Easy to use but *2022-09-03* This app is easy to use but I really miss the old budgeting features. ### 5/5 — Best Bank Ever *2021-12-07, version 2021.6.0.56* I’ve been banking here for a long time now never had any issues this credit union actually cares about there Members and Supports Local Businesses and Community I love how there hardly ever any fee’s on my account only thing I think everybody would like to see in the next update is being able to lock your debit card in the app if lost or stolen that would be one plus but besides that everything else is perfect 🤩 ### 5/5 — I love on line banking with the PVFCU app. *2021-07-01* It works so well. The money from offers is supposed to be deposited directly to the checking account. This means there is a high possibility that the account information has been shared with the merchants. I do not feel safe having my data out there. There should also be an option to opt in or out of these offers.
