Developer said they were having server issues that days and would fix the problem. He never did. I had previously posted a review and he had responded to it and now it gone. Not sure if he or Apple removed it. Don’t waste your money. The app has bad support and does give what you signed up for. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work. Update: Reach out to developer and he said problem caused by Amazon outage. Able to subscribe, but subscription stuck in limbo and keeps taking me back to the in app purchase screen. After reaching out to developer several times, it still doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time and money. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it three times. It’s a $100 app so I would like it to work. And today is the only day to get it for free. However when I try to get the lifetime subscription it keeps taking me back to the purchase page and I’m not getting anywhere. There are other glitches like the main page scrolling when you’re not touching anything or links leading to an empty page, but the info and features in the app seems solid and I think there is great potential… but right now, unfortunately not usable. I’m going to wait and see if the developer fixes the subscription issue before I delete it altogether. ### 2/5 — Slightly Disappointed *2025-10-21, version 1.5* This is a free app today with free lifetime membership. When I have tried the complete the lifetime plan in the app, it freezes and skips. That is where this app shines. You can download all the information for a park and save it locally on your phone. Having all the park information at your finger tips is invaluable. ### 5/5 — Best app for park travelers *2026-02-01, version 3.0* We love national park vacations, but there’s been a real lack of apps designed for travelers like us. Parka is the best I’ve found. Highly recommended! It guided us through our latest trip in Olympic NP and helped us balance our plan with the typical sights and some unique gems. Must have had too many people accessing the app cos of the free lifetime offer that is available today. Haven’t had a good look yet but the imagery seems beautiful. I wonder if the pics are under copyright or not? I’m gonna bump up my rating from 1 to 3 1/2 maybe higher after having a better look. In short if you can’t access it straight away.
