But now the app keeps saying “Network Error. Please Try Again” … and hours later it’s still not working (it’s clearly the app’s “network” because I have a 300 Mbps connection on the cell phone and all other apps working fine). ### 4/5 — convenience fee my donkey *2020-02-21, version 1.0* What is this convenience fee? Need to improve the lockout period because Albany will be raping drivers pockets ! ### 2/5 — It’s ok, still needs work *2018-08-01, version 1.0* Nice to not have to keep running out to the meter, but they start the clock before you even finishing setting up your parking session. Also, the lock out period from the app if you miss the alert of your session ending is shady. Parking in downtown dirty Albany should not be a chore for employees or visitors- but apparently, it’s intentional. You could pay at the meter with coins, if no receipt TAKE A PICTURE! You will likely get a ticket. App issues after trying to pay for parking, take screen grabs as proof. You will likely get a ticket. Eventually, I realized that calling to speak directly with the office is solely to misinform customers. They will lie to you and not even try to be friendly. It is not working, gives some error about the payment method even when I use multiple cards that I know work. How hard is it to code such an app? I even called parking authority to notify them of the situation and nothing was done!
