I wasn’t able to open the qrs code at the car park and the machine didn’t appear to be working so tried to pay on app. Would not accept my times so I have paid for 4h from leaving car park not the time I was in there. I have never been so worried about getting a fine in the current financial climate. The whole process was poor stressful and no number to contact is not helpful

Ik gebruik de app regelmatic om toegang te krijgen tot parkeerplaatsen op priveterrein (Smederijstraat Breda). Het openen van de stalen poort verloopt betrouwbaar.

Terrible concept. Online support just give generic straightforward answers, charge ridiculous amounts for parking and offer zero instant support. This is why a ticket system is the best. No fuss and no stress. Going backwards as a society.

Nie wieder Park Bee. Kamen nachts nach Delft zurück um halb 2 und konnten nicht auf den Parkplatz fahren. Dann darf man sich per App mit einem Chat-Bot ärgern und es führt zu nichts. Die Buchung ging bis 11:30 vormittags. Angeblich gäbe es keine aktive Buchung. 10 Minuten standen wir vor der geschlossenen Schranke. Wir mussten dann ins Parkhaus und dort natürlich zusätzlich zum bereits bezahlten Park Bee Parkplatz bezahlen. Unseriöse Firma. Lasst die Finger davon und parkt woanders.

I bought the parking online then the app took ages to download, when buying the parking it wasn’t obvious you would need to download an app to access your paid parking. 
Once at the carpark you have to go into your app to  allow you into the carpark. I kept pressing start parking so that the parking would start and allow me in but nothing was happening. In the end because there was a queue behind me I had to press for a ticket. I end up spending about 14€ for 2h15m. 
I would not recommend this app!

Very poor experience and extremely stressful.

I booked and paid for parking through ParkBee, and my vehicle arrived during the valid booking period. I later stayed longer, and ParkBee also took an additional payment from my account for the extra time. So the parking was paid for.

Despite this, I received a £100 Parking Charge Notice from the enforcement company claiming there was no valid parking session/electronic permit.

When I first contacted support, I was told to deal with the PCN company myself, even though the booking and payments were made through ParkBee. Only later did ParkBee say they would “request a review” and “see if it can be revoked,” which gives me no confidence at all.

This is unacceptable because I only have a short time left before the charge increases / becomes payable in full. I should not be left at risk of paying £100 for parking that I already paid for, including the additional time.

ParkBee need to take responsibility and get this cancelled urgently, not just say they will try. I relied on their service, paid them, and followed the advice given. Now I am the one being chased for a penalty.

I would not recommend using ParkBee unless they can guarantee that paid bookings are properly recognised and that customers are protected from unfair PCNs.

Booked parking through ParkBee and then received a fine from ParkingEye claiming we didn’t have a reservation. Several letters since pressuring to pay for fine. ParkBee absolutely useless and have since claimed we didn’t use the reservation. Avoid at all costs.
