## What is ParkCall?

This app makes it easy to identify and contact vehicle owners using a license plate number.

Users can register, create a profile, and add their vehicles with a phone number. Other users can search by plate number to find the car owner and reach them quickly when needed.

The app is useful in everyday situations such as blocked parking, urgent road matters, or when you need to notify a vehicle owner fast.
