It says verifying then goes back to input my card. When I pay at the terminal on the steet it works perfectly fine. ### 1/5 — Resetting the PIN process needs improvement *2026-08-03, version 7.1.2* When trying to reset the Pin - the app uses the last four digits of the card that was used last time (which can be long gone / expired). Need to add an option to add a new card otherwise the app locks you out for a duration of time - during which you get a ticket! Ouch - can’t believe this passed QA!! Forced to pay $20 so I can park for $5. ### 1/5 — Slow and won’t remember PIN *2026-07-21, version 7.1.2* Beginning a couple weeks ago, the app suddenly stopped remembering my PIN to keep me logged in, despite toggling the option to stay logged in. At the same time, authentication and loading began taking several seconds. Deleting and reinstalling the app didn’t help. Screen scaling is from years ago, there are no live activities to see when your parking will expire on your Home Screen. And, you have to refill your account in $10 increments starting at $20 instead of paying directly for the parking spot itself ($2?). Could use some love, someone? Please?
