Screen scaling is from years ago, there are no live activities to see when your parking will expire on your Home Screen. And, you have to refill your account in $10 increments starting at $20 instead of paying directly for the parking spot itself ($2?). Could use some love, someone? Please? At least I can use it to park..! The boxes accept credit card and don’t charge extra fees so not sure why the app charges. Also the boxes usually don’t even work when trying to use change anyway. I parked downtown a few weeks ago. I only needed two or three dollars parking for a few minutes. I had to put $20 on deposit. It says verifying then goes back to input my card. When I pay at the terminal on the steet it works perfectly fine. ### 1/5 — Resetting the PIN process needs improvement *2026-08-03, version 7.1.2* When trying to reset the Pin - the app uses the last four digits of the card that was used last time (which can be long gone / expired). Need to add an option to add a new card otherwise the app locks you out for a duration of time - during which you get a ticket! Ouch - can’t believe this passed QA!! At the same time, authentication and loading began taking several seconds. Deleting and reinstalling the app didn’t help.
