Looking at the availability near Adler and the Shedd, it always shows high availability but that area always has very little available parking. The app is pointless without accuracy. Also, why is this even a separate app? Why not build this functionality into the main payment app? Super helpful! *2021-02-20, version 0.3.0* I would’ve never downloaded this app had I never received my emailed receipt. There are negative (older) reviews - I believe they may have updated and fixed the issues! The parking meters are pretty accurate with location and pricing. Once you have chosen a meter location and parked your car, you are directed to ParkChicago Meter app. You can add your card information and easily reload credits to use. Super impressed! ### 5/5 — You want parking!?!? *2018-07-10, version 0.2.0* I am new to Chicago and was wondering where I could park and this app helped me figure out where there was parking available. I didn’t even know they made apps for stuff like this! Super helpful! ### 5/5 — Great app *2018-06-26, version 0.2.0* Great app to find parking spaces in Chicago and possibly great at finding empty parking spaces. Had no issues! ### 3/5 — Great App but with a major glitch *2018-01-10, version 0.1.0* This app has great potential and is really handy in that it will give guidance on how many spots *might* be available in an area. However, there’s a glitch where it only puts a big green box around your locale and the “return to meter view” button is not functional. Also doesn’t quite fit the screen correctly at the moment. Once updated, I’d be happy to rate at 4+ stars, especially as it can take you straight to the “pay to park” app if you have it installed and set up already. Or maybe it’s an isolated incident to my phone as it barely wants me to review the app lol. ### 2/5 — Constant Crashing *2020-02-29, version 0.2.0* I’ve been able to use this app a total of three times since installation. 90% of the time it crashes on opening and doesn’t ever recover. ### 2/5 — E.Y. *2018-01-15, version 0.1.0* The meter locations are not accurate. Many of them are actually 50~100 feet away. If I use the meter number on the number to purchase parking, I’ll definitely get many tickets. The zoom in & out function doesn’t work well.
