I tried using it today while I was parked on Livernois and it just keeps twirling. When I type zone 301 nothing pops up. It’s useless if you are not downtown. Honestly I’ve lived by Livernois my whole life and we never had to pay for parking until they made this app. Fix the app and make it work for all of Detroit if you are going to force us to pay for parking or make sure your pay stations work. But my parking shouldn’t be cut off to restart it. As a restaurant worker I don’t always have the ability to go and check my parking at the exact time I’m suppose to. When I reached out to their customer support they told me it is against their policy to give refunds. You have to log in every time you open the app. If you stay on the app too long (longer than 30 seconds) without any interaction it logs you out again. If you even swipe out of the app for a second to check your plate number it logs you out again. I also will never understand why i can’t pay for longer than 2 hours at a time (if it gets closer to 10pm it will let me go up to 4 hours) but this app is so time consuming on days that I’m at home all day and not moving my car. Need to re up every 2 hours.
