Once selected, the app forgets the selection and progress cannot be made towards payment or a reservation at all. I only really need it for one thing which is to book a reservation which doesn’t work. How wrong I was! Still no way to enter drop-off or pick-up dates and progress past step #1. I wish I could offer insight on the entire process, but after spending over an hour on this piece of garbage app, I haven’t been able to progress beyond the first screen. As with everything else that is “DIA”, this thing is utter crap. ### 1/5 — Can't open the app *2021-11-03, version 3.0.13* I've been trying to open the app almost daily for a couple weeks and have had zero success. I even installed and downloaded it again, no change. It’s now July 4th and it still doesn’t work. Park DIA has a promotion for 50% off parking if you make a reservation ahead of time, but their app doesn’t work to allow you to make one. This is junk and they’ve let 3 weeks go by without fixing it despite being told that it was broken. The parking spot is offering a similar promotion. I tried to make a new reservation but the date/time fields don’t fill in when selecting a date/time from the calendar, and I cannot proceed further. Will try to reserve parking somewhere else I guess… ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unable to complete reservation *2023-11-08* I attempted to reserve through this app but was unable to submit credit card information. I got an invalid data descriptor value error. I was able to reserve on this app just two months ago when I was on iOS 16 but have since upgraded to iOS17 and perhaps that is the reason it seems buggy. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2023-11-01* What’s the point of an app if it lets you get through all the steps of making a reservation but then when you try entering credit card info, it gives you an error “Exception: dataDescriptor contains invalid value” even though you’ve triple-checked everything is correct?!? What exactly does it think is wrong with my credit card??? Terrible ### 1/5 — Needs so much *2022-12-10, version 3.0.17* Never seen an app so glitchy or so useless. It would be fantastic if we could modify reservations but doesn’t provide that options. Plans change! ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2022-06-03, version 3.0.17* This app is truly terrible. Everyone always said they had issues with it and I never did… until recently. I constantly have to delete the app and redownload to get it to work. For some reason, there’s a random email address populated whenever I open it. Then it won’t let me put in my own email address. It tells me it’s valid. I put in a password and hit login but nothing happens. It’s really not a great app at all which is very unfortunate since you have to use it or your email. ### 1/5 — Fix this App! *2022-05-31, version 3.0.16* Not sure what the issue is with this app but I have not been able to log on or make reservations for days. At this point you can open the app but not even login. Stuck on the step 1. Dates will not show up and allow me to move to the next step. Also attempting to use the website (mobile), and it can’t get past the date selection there either. I select my dates and times, and it stays on the loading screen forever. I do that and nothing happens. It takes me to a screen where the dates and time are still blank. Nothing else to do except loop back again and again with no way to move on. If I’m doing something wrong I have no idea what it would be. Very frustrating. I signed in and couldn’t actually make a reservation on my iPhone… it would let me put in dates but then not keep them on the screen, with nowhere to go. Maybe they need to do an update on their phone... idk. The app work great! I made my reservation and it pulled up in the app perfectly fine! The shuttle drivers are friendly and professional. They talk with you and make the shuttle trip a hoot. The customer service is beyond amazing. If you have an issue or question, they actually respond and fix the issue/answer the question. The app is easy to use. It is clean and works well. Making reservations is a snap. And, the lot is large and secure. All around PARKDIA is a class act. I will never use any other service at DIA. This should be one of the main objectives of ANY app or web site. Sure you can change the password that will let you in, BUT, it doesn’t update the password that was previously saved. Which means you must change the password again the next time you attempt to log in. As others have said reservations are next to impossible on iPad or iPhone. We are talking about a lot of potential parking users at Denver. That means a lot of lost $$. ### 2/5 — Unable to Book Reservation on iOS *2021-08-20, version 3.0.13* The UI does not respond when we n the New Reservation screen, and has no way to proceed once dates are chosen. ### 2/5 — Everything is broken *2021-06-14, version 3.0.13* FYI your entire website is broken and does not allow you to make new reservations. It doesn’t work on a mobile device browser, multiple PC browsers, nor the app. The trouble lies specifically on step 1 where you select your drop off/pick up time. The times do not show up in the selection area and there are no options to continue to step 2. Please look into this and update your website/app as soon as you are able. ### 2/5 — Reservation not showing in app *2019-09-13, version 2.8.0* So from what I understand with this app is that when you try to make a reservation in the app, you’re actually opening an in-app browser window and making a reservation on their website. Which alone is just clunky but fine.
