With fleet you don’t know all the license numbers so you need to put in the vehicle description. ### 2/5 — Not so good *2026-06-01, version 4.0.6* First registration had no verification code in email, and no option to resend. App also logs out whenever I sign in on my other device. I made a point to be ten minutes early to my appointment today and now because of this Im 5 minutes late. Super cool. Would be whatever if it wasn’t exclusively required to use this app to pay in my city. ### 1/5 — Not working since new update *2026-02-21, version 4.0.3* Had it since my city insisted on using this app for parking, had an update October 2025 ish that actually made the app easier to use. Now today it needed me to update it again just to park, and after I went through the effort of reinstalling the new version, it now longer works at all. Plus when the keyboard pops up, you can’t navigate to change the text field or make the keyboard disappear. They should advertise that there’s a $75 fee if you miss the parking for even 1 second. You should also mention that you only have 4 days to pay for it or else it will skyrocket to $300. This is no longer available. If you have multiple plate numbers registered on your account it doesn’t ask you which plate you want to pay for Parking. All it asked was if I wanted to park in the same zone. The loop continue and never reach a resolution. ### 1/5 — Park at Your Own Risk *2026-04-30, version 4.0.6* I’m currently trying to get an issue resolved where I paid for parking through the app in Feb 2025 but the janky drop-down list selected the wrong license plate. Had a valid receipt, but still got ticketed. The app looks improved, but the experience behind it hasn’t. The dispute process has taken about 2 months and didn’t resolve anything. If I could give 0 stars for customer service, I would. ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2026-04-22, version 4.0.6* This app is extremely frustrating to use. It’s extremely inconsistent, and I have to attempt to find a lot multiple times before it acknowledges that the lot exists. It wouldn’t accept my credit card the first time I tried to input it. Now there’s an issue with being overcharged on my card. And contrary to the GreenP app I don’t have to spend and block 20-30 dollars in advance.
