Actual Parker Cars is great though! ### 3/5 — Does the job but desperately needs an update *2023-08-16, version 30.4.2* Clunky old app. Works but only just. Shame as the actual taxi service is good. ### 1/5 — Avoid at all cost *2022-10-23* Rip off! I used once & got blacklisted because the driver was over 45 mins late & he complained that I was ‘rude’. I had my 9yr old son with me and went no further than acting like any other frustrated customer. He couldn’t steer left or right without his Waze app and the dispatcher had to conference me & the driver to navigate him to pick us up in the first instance. For that experience, you get charged full rate & blacklisted. Life is too short to be a punter for that sort of service.
