And for what - a different colour scheme?! The one thing that could have been fixed is the inability to have two credit cards for business and personal use. When they were 15 mins late was told he was still 10 mins away!! Ended up driving. No way of entering flight details so landed in uk to voicemail that won't send a car until have flight number, despite making booking 3 days prior. No way of contacting driver to find out where he is in the airport or arranging a meeting place, and a quote of £32 ( having paid £28 to get there) became an actual charge of £41. Not sure how given I was the one waiting for the driver. Won't use app again for airports, shame! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Avoid at all cost *2022-10-23* Rip off! I used once & got blacklisted because the driver was over 45 mins late & he complained that I was ‘rude’. I had my 9yr old son with me and went no further than acting like any other frustrated customer. He couldn’t steer left or right without his Waze app and the dispatcher had to conference me & the driver to navigate him to pick us up in the first instance. For that experience, you get charged full rate & blacklisted. Life is too short to be a punter for that sort of service. Phoning them you just get charged more. What's REALLY irritating though is that I get an error message every time I open the app asking me to select a default payment method even though I did last time. I used it for the first time last night and it worked without a hitch. I love the way they text me the details of my driver before he arrives so I know what car I am getting into. My app also keeps all of my regular pick up locations, which makes booking a taxi really easy. ### 5/5 — Brilliant App!! *2012-02-03, version 1.0.1* This app makes ordering a cab fun and safe! You can book a cab for now or in the future and they tell you how much it will be. Not only can you track where your cab is but you can add driver notes to tell the driver not to ring the door bell, handy for early morning pick ups! ### 4/5 — Dated app but fundamentally works *2019-01-25, version 30.1.2* Not the greatest user experience but has never let me down. Often book pickup from Heathrow when at departure airport and it DOES ask for your flight number too. Kept up to date with txt msg’s once booking is made.
