Complete disaster. You should all get fired. ### 1/5 — App does not send code to US numbers *2022-07-12* We tried two different phones, different configurations of the US country code (1, +1, 01) and it would not send a confirmation code so cannot be used. There seems to be no other option. ### 1/5 — Can’t register with app *2022-07-01* Tried many times to register a US mobile number (with country prefix as required) but no SMS was sent - preventing any usage of the app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can’t use for US numbers *2025-07-25* Don’t bother if you have a USA phone number, you won’t get the verification code you need. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2024-07-06* Will not send the verification code to US phone numbers (we tried 3 phone numbers). The app does not work until phone number is verified via the verification code that is texted. Luckily we were able to use a friend’s phone who lives in Spain and the code worked. We tried reserving parking for dinner time. The app told us that there was no charge and it let us reserve for 2 hours. We ended up canceling the parking reservation in 30 minutes and I got a charge on my credit card for $9.52 USD. The app did not tell us that it would charge us and we thought the parking reservation we had made was free. This app is absolutely horrendous. ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-04-28, version 4.10.20* Requires a phone to send a verification code but doesn’t send it. Better to park in a car park! Don’t park on the street, you will get a massive fine. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-10-15* Phone number not getting any code to setup account. So annoying. Hard enough finding parking ### 1/5 — Can’t set up *2023-08-25* The app won’t let you verify with anything but a phone number. The app then doesn’t send you the verification code. It makes paying through the app impossible. The city should switch to easy park that Germany or Switzerland use. ### 1/5 — Fails to register US phone number *2023-08-04* Tried multiple variations of a USA phone number and never received an SMS ### 1/5 — Won’t work for US numbers. *2023-07-10* Verification fails indefinitely preventing the use of the app. Typical Bergen problems. ### 1/5 — scam *2023-07-09, version 4.10.12* The whole parking using the app is a scam, making it impossible to pay to to trick tourists into getting a fine. We saw multiple cars with yellow fines for £90. All the signs regarding parking are in Norwegian with no English translation and I can see why tourists would think it would be free to park in these spaces. Even after translating the small signs, we were unable to pay as the app never sends a verification code. The only way to avoid a fine is to not park here or be a “local” and have a parking card. ### 1/5 — Does not work for UK mobile *2023-06-13, version 4.10.12* Does not send a text to UK phone so I am stuck with no way to pay for parking!! Tried lots of combinations to get a text but nothing. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-06-08, version 4.10.12* Does. It work with my UK phone. I never got the confirmatory text. Totally useless. I’ve just registered with my UK mobile successfully.
