## What is Parkeye?

Parkeye shows you where to park on and around the George Mason University campus in Fairfax, before you start circling the same three lots.

SEE WHICH LOTS ARE ACTUALLY OPEN
Every lot on the map is colored by how full it is right now. Tap one for its capacity, current availability, permit rules, and an hour-by-hour graph of how it fills through the day, so you know whether it will still be open when you arrive.

SEARCH WHERE YOU ARE GOING, NOT WHERE YOU WILL PARK
Type your destination, like the Johnson Center or Eagle Bank Arena. Parkeye finds the closest lot your permit actually allows, tells you the walk time, and draws the route from that lot to the door. Already know the lot you want? Search it by name instead.

FILTER TO WHAT YOU NEED
Narrow the map by lot type, permit, and availability. Find EV charging, accessible spaces, motorcycle parking, carpool, and short-term spaces without reading a single sign.

DRIVE THERE, THEN FIND YOUR CAR AGAIN
Turn-by-turn directions with voice guidance take you to the lot. Parkeye can automatically save where you parked, so the walk back at the end of a long day is no longer a guessing game.

KNOW WHEN AN EVENT IS ABOUT TO FILL A LOT
Games and concerts fill campus lots fast. Parkeye flags the lots an event affects on the day it happens, so you can pick a different one before you leave.

A COMMUNITY THAT PARKS WHERE YOU PARK
Post tips, ask questions, and report a full lot, a broken gate, or a closed row. Useful posts get upvoted, and the most useful report of the moment becomes an alert the whole campus sees.

EARN YOUR PLACE ON THE BOARD
Contributing earns points and a weekly leaderboard rank. The top three finishers each week receive a sponsor reward, and the entries you earn along the way can be spent in the rewards catalogue.

ABOUT LOCATION
Parkeye uses your location to show nearby lots, measure walking distance, and detect where you parked. Automatic park detection is optional and can be turned off at any time in Settings.

HONEST ABOUT WHAT THIS IS
Parking information is crowdsourced and predicted so that it can be wrong. It is an aid, not a guarantee. Always read the posted signs, permit rules, and gate arms in front of you. Parkeye does not own, reserve, or guarantee any parking space.

Parkeye is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by George Mason University. University names and marks are used only to identify locations and lots.

App is so helpful, it saves me so much time. I come to campus quite late in the day so trying to find parking used to be a hassle and now it’s so much easier. I just go on the app see the availabilties and just drive to the lot instead of having to spend gas and time circling lots.
