So bizarre to the hilarious at how bad the app is. Why anyone would use these guys is as their parking app is a complete mystery. ### 1/5 — Simply doesn’t work *2024-09-01, version 1.32.0* Launches the first time only. Better stick to the website ### 1/5 — This App Doesn’t Work *2024-08-30, version 1.32.0* Don’t even think about using it. If you phone the help desk the staff are scripted to say that the app works. Been struggling to book a stay at a carpark in London, decided to give up and book somewhere else. I’ll never use the company again (not that I could in the first place). Whoever programmed this for you are clowns. Shockingly bad. Often app doesn’t start you just get black screen . Option park again in same place crashes . Need to use it as it’s the only method of payment to in my station car park . Update: This week I have had to delete app and re-download to make it work…..everyday! ### 1/5 — The worst parking app! *2024-01-07, version 1.23.0* This is the worst parking app I’ve ever used! The app is always crashing so have to phone the contact number to the call centre where the there is always dreadful a connection. I was told to reinstall the app, yet when I try and register my bank card the app just goes blank so I have no way of paying. So yet again I have to phone the call centre and request they email me a link, this takes time and I often miss my train making me late for work. I have asked over the phone if the staff can add my bank details to my profile, but they tell me they can’t do this. Such an awful app. Avoid using if possible. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2023-08-27, version 1.11.0* The board in the car park said this company app was compatible with Apple Pay.. so after spending time to download the app, Apple Pay wasn’t even an option until I fill in all my card details into the app?! I don’t carry my card with me! Then to make things worse, the app wouldn’t even register my card.. kept coming up with a blank screen when I wanted to verify my card details.. so couldn’t use it and had to find another car park. Waste of time and made me really late for my meeting. ### 1/5 — The app is trash *2023-08-18, version 1.10.0* Did the developer test the app before launch? I tried paying for it with apple pay, it had said it went through so I thought everything was okay, went to check later and the payment hadn’t been taken, I believe I will now get a ticket because the app functions didn’t work properly. ### 1/5 — Shame on these scammers *2026-04-29, version 1.32.0* British parking mafia strikes again! The website doesn’t work either. Spent several minutes trying to get it working, but to no avail so I left the parking to find another one powered by PayByPhone ### 1/5 — AVOID AT ALL COST *2026-01-09, version 1.32.0* Both the website and app don’t work and neither does the phone number for the specific car par park I’m trying to use. This is the biggest scam I’ve ever seen, they are trying to make you get fined for not paying for parking even though it’s impossible. Went to write a trustpilot review and saw they don’t have a page, this is a massive red flag. Paid over the phone eventually and they sent me a text with the incorrect timings another scam to get you a parking fine. AVOID CAR PARKS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!! ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2025-11-26, version 1.32.0* I can’t even launch the app get stuck continually on the “Let go” page. Shouldn’t even get 1 star because it doesn’t even work. Website works but very unclear and managed to work it out by pure luck more than anything else! I hope they review these comments and apply fixes! ### 1/5 — Never works *2025-11-21, version 1.32.0* I need to use this app every weekends but it never works and when I does work it’s really slow . For the last 2 weeks the app don’t let me get past the location. The App crashes over and over and the 10 mins pass regardless of your full intent to pay.
