Map looks like a cartoon. History receipts don’t even have the company name - no longer have a professional look. Great at notifying you, but when you are done the app won’t go away! Even closing it and sometimes after restarting device it is still docked on your Dynamic Island. Not sure if it is complete incompetence or they just refuse to honor the transaction fee discount but to date, I have not had the transaction fee discount added to my account. They have replied to my submission multiple times, but the discount has yet to be properly applied and I’ve used the app 3 times during the past month and still paying the normal amount they charge. Without the discount, this app is completely useless. You can use the ParkMobile app everywhere and you get the same price. What’s the f’ing point if you don’t honor what you’re supposed to for residents??? ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2025-07-21* Hard to confirm via app where you were prev parked; even worse is inability to easily extend if you switch from mobile data to wifi- app is easily confused by something as simple as that. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2025-03-20, version 24.14.0* With login changes in Feb 2024. Later on in the evening someone tried to get HEB gas with my info later that evening. There was ample parking spaces near the tax office and, from what I observed by taking a little walk, there was available space on most streets.
