This is such a simple yet necessary feature that is not fixed for at least half a year already. When I completed the payment, the app immediately returned to the payment page. The payment option disappeared, and I had to wait around 30 minutes without any confirmation. There was no message to tell me whether the payment was successful, failed, or still processing. I tried multiple times, refreshed the app repeatedly, and kept checking my email, but there was no notification or update at all. The next morning, I received a parking fine of AED 150 because I couldn’t confirm whether my subscription had been activated. An app that handles parking payments should provide instant payment confirmation and clear status updates. If there are technical issues, users should be informed immediately instead of being left guessing. This experience cost me both time and money. When you call their customer service, they refuse to take responsibility, neither resolving the issue nor processing a refund. This has happened to me more than 4-5 times. Top make matters worse, their customer service representatives are extremely rude, unhelpful and unwilling to understand the customer’s concerns. They simply insist that there is no issue on their end and tell you to contact your bank for a refund instead of taking any accountability. This is one of the worst apps i have ever used, backed by some of the poorest customer service i have experienced. When I raised complaint they asked for proof. I dint have. Next time kept taking screenshots at all steps the same bug again lost money. Raised complaint again. Happened in an interval of 3 months. No checking. Even the payment receipt says 1 month subscription, but charged for 3 months. Very sad such a big institution not understanding issues.
