Can’t log into the app. When I was able to login I didn’t receive a notification that parking time was running out. I’m following the instructions and (crappy) UI cues and it keeps giving error messages with no explanation as to what’s wrong or how to fix the problem. I’d say use the mobile site but that’s just as bad. I’m going to wake up to a ticket because the thing refuses to work and let me pay for my space. I’ve never had these kinds of issues with park mobile. I tried checking the App Support and it takes me to their home page where it offers no actually support contact but a ovation to settle disputes if you park in their locations and have to pay a fine. I go to the parking garage in Miami Beach to charge my car for no more than an hour and there is no way for me to create an account to make sure I’m not being fined.
