Instead you have to click “extend” to see it. The app zooms in randomly and then there is no way to zoom out. The list goes on. This is really not a user friendly experience. ### 1/5 — I gave up, Extremely difficult to use *2025-10-18* The design is extremely bad, I get stuck into google map page; need to type location every time I am forced to quit the app, the total price for 1 month is actually twice the monthly rate without any explanation. ### 1/5 — Inconsistent *2025-10-16* This app has reset on me twice. First time I had to reenter all of my info including debit card info. Today was the second time. The app simply would not work even though I have an account, I couldn’t sign in. Tried signing in with my Gmail account and that was an issue. Last thing I want to worry about when commuting is whether this app will work. ### 1/5 — Bare bones app…not in a good way *2025-08-29* It needs a lot of work. My two biggest gripes are: 1. I have to type in the address for the parking lot EVERY DAY instead of just being able to save a favorite parking lot like other parking apps. 2. There’s no option to change email preferences. Since my lot doesn’t have a monthly option, I have to pay daily and for some reason the app sends 3 emails per day that I can’t change at all. Really annoying. As others noted, the fee for the app also is higher than other comparable parking apps and the polish for the interface could definitely be better. ### 1/5 — Genuinely Terrible *2025-08-26* 1. The App signs me out twice a week. Really annoying bc I use it everyday. 2. Constantly “loses connection” when every other app on my phone is connected to 5G perfectly fine. 3. For some reason doesn’t let me use Apple Pay. 4. Is this even an app? It looks like it’s launching their website. 5. App asks for my location every time I open it even though I give it permission every time. ### 1/5 — Horrible Experience *2025-08-19* The app is worse than a highschooler’s class project. Generic name. The user interface is pathetic, even for 2006 standards, and the app won’t accept my license plate without returning an error message that says “invalid license” in lowercase. The bar was so low, yet this app still didn’t clear it. Infinite room for improvement. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-08-18* This new parking system is horrible. I can’t add and pay for an additional car if I already have a ticket active. I can’t extend my parking time correctly and I end up paying a considerable amount more. There’s no history option and it constantly crashes on me. I hope this gets fixed soon. ### 1/5 — Terrible User Interface *2025-08-06* Trash app that looks like it was made by a high schooler in 2014. They also raised the prices after newly managing Westbury station and others. They did not give any directions on how to pay. Previous app (Premium Parking) was way better but even their customer service was no help when asking for the new website / app to pay. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Feedback@parkingsystems.com ### 1/5 — Terrible half baked app *2025-08-01* This app is a downgrade from the Premium app. No Apple Pay, worse UI. It’s not intuitive to navigate. While registering vehicles the app frequently “looses internet” and send me back to the beginning. It should handle a short outage better for a mobile phone app. 2. I like that you can register multiple cars, but you can seem to buy parking for multiple cars in the same time period, even later that day if you already have one active parking session. 3. No easy way to purchase a previous location, the Zone is not shown in history.
