### 3/5 — Great app when it works

*2022-09-10, version 4.7*

Used this app after purchasing it and it was a great tracker to show to the doctor and then they got a bug or something and all my saved data disappeared. Emailed the company and was informed they are fixing the problems and the app would be back soon.
App returned but data was no longer there.
Again great app just make sure you back it up somehow.

### 4/5 — Awesome

*2019-04-16, version 3.1.1*

By far the best app for those with PD. It has lots of great features and you were able to export the data. I look forward to more functionality in the future. Keep up the great work!!

### 4/5 — So far it’s great

*2019-02-28, version 3.0.2*

Just recently found and started using this app. Mood and off-time have been problematic for me and I hope to gain insights that I can share with my doctors so that we can tweak my treatment plan. My only complaint is the cost, but hope the developers will use the capital to enhance this apps functions.

### 4/5 — Worth using

*2018-08-12, version 2.7*

This is an excellent app. Although I don’t really understand how the medication phase works. Otherwise it’s good great to compare reaction times when you’re tired vs when you feel bright and cheery.

### 4/5 — Excellent

*2018-07-03, version 2.6*

wish there was a journal feature. would help contextualize mental health aspect especially.

### 4/5 — I like it

*2017-12-23, version 2.0.1*

I like this and I appreciate the effort that went it to it. Is there a way to track exercise through this or are you supposed to link it to the health app for that?

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — 5 Star App. Great app!

*2026-07-03, version 10.0.7*

Update July 3 2026:
New update. Previous issue remains. ☹️

Update Jun 23 2026. Received response from developer. They’re working on a fix. Much appreciated. 5 Stars Restored! Thanks Dev!

Latest update (June 16 2026) has broken access for previous users. Can’t get past the opening subscription screen. Hoping this low rating review might get the developers attention to fix this issue. Sent a note to the developer directly, but have yet to hear back.

 ========

Excellent App! Works on older devices and iOS versions too. Very easy to use. And superb privacy policy too! Thanks Devs!

### 1/5 — Price auto charge

*2023-05-30, version 4.7*

No where did I see “in app purchase” I don’t like your app and I was just checking it out. This morning I was alerted that I have a charge of $9.99 that I didn’t know I authorized. Shortly after I checked out this app I deleted it. Trying to get a refund.

### 1/5 — No results on anything ever

*2022-09-05, version 4.7*

UPDATE: Developer contacted me and asked me to contact them, but left no way to do that. Feedback link still broken! How about working on that very specific issue first, or alternatively, you could provide contact info. Link to contact developer gives no way to contact the developer. Talk about frustrating!

Feedback link crashes app. Every test is unusable due to the fact that none of them produce any results. It’s sad. I got this on sale, so the developers are still involved, just not in anything to do with making the app run correctly. They’re more focused on putting the app on sale to raise some funds. I hope they use those funds to make the necessary repairs to make the app usable again.

### 1/5 — Used to be good

*2022-06-06, version 4.6.02*

New Issues 6/5/2022

I take several different Sinemet Rx for my PD: IR 25/250, ER 50/200, IR 25/100, and list them in 1/2 doses and full doses in the app in the event I need a little “boost”. I also have a Rx for Selegilin.

Up until today I had no issues logging how much I took and when, but this afternoon when I would try to log 1 tab of Sinemet IR 25/250, it would show up as 1 on the 1/2 tab IR 26/250. When I tried to zero out the 1/2 tab, the 1/2 tab remained and also logged as 1 tab on the correct 25/250, thus showing that I took 1-1/2 IR 25/250. When I tried to view the Raw Data, it kicked me out of the app. And yes, I did update the app.

—————————————

This was a great app, if for nothing else but to track my meds. This morning I was “locked out”, having to create a login account. Every user name I tried, even my own email address, “already exists”. I don’t remember ever creating an account over the last couple of years that I’ve been using the app, but with having PD, who knows. There is no option for resetting a password. So now I can’t access the data I’ve been tracking all this time, nor can I seem to create an account. Update 10/26/2020 Since you removed the login requirements, I’ve been trying to go back to tracking my meds. The app is not saving any of my information ... at all! I’ve had to manually track my meds on a notepad app since 10/13/2020. This app is totally useless to me now.

### 1/5 — Stopped working

*2020-10-17, version 4.01*

I loved this app and used it every day then it was updated and all of my data was erased and it no longer saves data from one day to the next. I hope that you fix it soon then I will start using it again .

### 1/5 — Update spoiled it...

*2020-10-14, version 4.01*

New password & account functionality doesn’t work. I’ve tried twice to set it up. There is no support function or contact the developer option, hence the review. Shame, because the basic functionality was quite useful.

Update after 4.01. There is now an avoid login button. But when I used it to get into the app, I found that my data from previous use of the app had been wiped. Frustrating.

### 1/5 — Baffled

*2018-05-31, version 2.6*

Have no idea how this app helps me with my PD. I’m confused as to what it actually does. Waste of money

### 2/5 — Time of day

*2021-10-10, version 4.5.3*

Wish the results showed the time of day when tracked. Makes a difference as to when you track and when meds were taken. I only gave 2 stars because 3 stars would be average. I like the app, but it is less than average.

### 2/5 — Parkinson’s LifeKit

*2019-10-20, version 3.5.01*

The Tutorial plays but no sound.
Cognitive activity remains on colours.
Memory activity - nothing on screen.

### 3/5 — Ver 4.8 ?????

*2024-01-08, version 4.8*

The writer of this app SPONSORED this app. What the heck is he talking The Education tab is an eyesore. Should be 5 star but that………

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Good App recommend

*2025-08-04, version 5.0*

I’m new to Parkinson’s However this App has had some great features. And highly recommend the app. It would be nice if the app had a feature to monitor tremors via an Apple Watch. But all in all a good app.

### 5/5 — Tracking

*2025-07-08, version 5.0*

This app records your progress it is really good you have a device to do this very happy with app

### 5/5 — Great app

*2023-03-21, version 3.3.2*

Excellent! Works on older devices and iOS versions too. Very easy to use.

And superb privacy policy too!

Thanks Devs!

### 5/5 — Great Update

*2019-01-15, version 3.0.1*

The team responded quickly to a problem I identified. The App is a very useful tool for monitoring your progress, especially in the early stages of the journey through Parkinson disease.

### 5/5 — Essential if you have Parkinsonism

*2018-07-01, version 2.6*

Tracking your symptoms is so important if you have this condition. Keeping an eye on medications, and also objective measures for how you’re doing. Key thing for me was that I’m able to track symptoms more than once a day, can export the data to excel for further analysis if I want to, and it’ll import data from Apple health.

The developer is always open to ideas for development. Well worth the investment in your current and future health!

### 5/5 — Useful

*2018-03-05, version 2.1*

The countdown timer is extremely helpful.

### 5/5 — Practical Support

*2018-03-05, version 2.1*

Really pleased with this App, especially useful for the medication reminders, the beep is a timely warning that more tablets are due!
The daily activities provide a practical method of checking how you’re progressing with the medication versus the condition.
Very pleased to have taken the plunge and installed it.

### 5/5 — Best Parkinson's aid yet!

*2018-02-13, version 2.1*

A very useful tool for monitoring medication, testing mental and physical response and the developers are still adding more to it!

I looked for a long time for a countdown timer app. This is the only one that has it. Been using it about a year now. Every day!

### 4/5 — Half pill doses?

*2022-10-10, version 4.7*

I take 1.5 Carbidopa Levodopa at regular intervals. How do I enter that in LifeKit? (You answered! Thanks!)

Additionally, you can back enter your med dosage (say, you just remember at 6:53 that you forgot to enter your 5:30 dose), but I can’t do the same with “Medication Phase”? If it’s possible, how do I do that?

Thanks again,
Scott

### 4/5 — Very helpful to a new parkie!

*2020-03-15, version 3.5.6*

This app is worth the price because I will be able to give my doctor concrete documentation about my progress.
I would give it 5 stars but the medication part is confusing to me and I wish I could set alarms for exercising.
