After 3 years of this being reported it should have been fixed. It should be the same price for parking regardless if you use the parking meter or app. If you've been charged for parking when it's supposed to be free, please send us an email so that we can look into this matter further. Our address is support@parklink.no ### 1/5 — I hate this app and company! *2020-06-24* I downloaded this app as it’s required for parking in my local shopping center. The shopping center gives customers three hours free parking. I only parked there for 30 minutes. ParkLink wouldn’t honor the three free hours and charge me a fee to park in addition they sent me a text message telling me if I didn’t pay their fee within two days ParkLink where going to add more fees! I mean come on there are giant signs all over the shopping center parking lot saying download to the ParkLink app and parking is free for 3 hours! **Developer response:** Hi! The app is not required, there should also be parking meters on the location. The prices and conditions are determined by the parking company, and they should be the same in both app and meter. Of course, if you were within the free period, and had registered your parking in compliance with the conditions for the location, you should not be charged. It's a little difficult to know specifically what happened in your case.
