The app still won’t allow credit card details to be scanned or uploaded. It rejected my post code. Feedback via the website bounces back. Is this app still live? It’s no longer supported. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2023-08-19, version 5.53.6* Downloaded - created account and tried to book a spot. Kept getting errors like add phone number, add email etc even though I entered them. So on the 5 time it said you reached max reservations of 4 per day. I went to reservations all said 404 error and none are true reservations. Well won’t let me delete them. Tried chat features says to sign in even though I am signed in so I put my info in and says does not recognize email and password yet yup I am already logged in!! So if you are into inconveniences and loss of time with no gain then use this app. ### 1/5 — Is this app even supported?! *2023-04-29, version 5.53.4* Have been trying to use this app for over a week to reserve a parking spot in another city. Garbage app ### 1/5 — Inaccurate Availability? *2022-07-04, version 5.53.4* I downloaded this app to check the parking availability of a beach parking lot in my area. It said 66% available, which I felt was not correct. When I got there, the lot was completely full. Checked the app and it said 66% available. A few hours later I checked again for curiosity and the app now stated 69% available and yet the lot was still full. Not sure how the availability is sourced but definitely does not fit me needs. ### 1/5 — Why show me parking I can’t reserve? *2021-12-10, version 5.52.8* The whole reason I downloaded this was to find parking I could reserve. Even when a location said reservations were possible, as soon as I clicked through, they suddenly weren’t. Also, it took 20 mins and 8 attempts to validate my email. Something seriously wrong! ### 1/5 — What award *2021-10-22, version 5.52.8* Award Winning App……………….What award, this has to be the most dysfunctional app ever. Unfortunately for me the car park I need to use has this totally not fit for purpose app as an option. Given up trying to register a card so will just have to resort to getting up early and walking to the car park and using contactless payment. I can not book my parking spot and waisted hours trying. I am going back to SpotHero . This includes license plate numbers, as well as email addresses, phone numbers, and vehicle nicknames, if provided by the user. Can’t change duration, choose dates, or anything. ### 1/5 — Glitch and Bad info *2019-08-19, version 4.49.4* App is a glitch. Additionally, sent me to a hard to find parking lot in LA. The app claimed the lot took credit cards. Once I pulled in, the signs everywhere read “cash only” , I explained the app read credit cards and they kicked me out. The app would not let me prepay, even if it had, the lot attendants would not have accepted it. ### 1/5 — Rates listed are wrong. *2019-08-12, version 4.49.4* I just checked and verified by calling multiple parking lots near me and the rates listed in this app are not accurate. Maybe they were at some point in the past but whatever the case is, this app is not an accurate reflection of actual prices and therefore not helpful at all. ### 1/5 — Prices are wrong - under quoted all the time *2019-07-27, version 4.49.4* This app is next to useless because it claims prices are a lot better than they actually are. For instance, it will say $7 parking after 6 but when I get there it’s $20 after 6. Useless, it’s a bait and switch that rips off customers. ### 1/5 — Can’t make reservations *2019-06-29, version 4.49.3* Failed to make a reservation (infinite loading) trying different WiFi/cellular, garages, and payment methods. All this is good for is finding a parking garage... and I do that with maps anyways. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Horrible Navigation *2026-03-02, version 5.53.9* I tried for over an hour to try and make a simple parking reservation in Arlington, Virginia, and finally had to stop and switched to another app. The navigation in this app is horrible and after you make selections for date and time, it is not saved anywhere and there is no obvious way to figure out what you did wrong. ### 1/5 — Garbage app. Garbage customer support *2024-12-19, version 5.53.9* Just click a button for a customer service and it points to non existing service. Apple, do something, this is on you. I simply type in the address and can see real time availability of parking. Saved me $100s so far!!! Much cheaper parking around the corner that I never would have known to look for. Great for scoping out parking info before heading to an event. Works great in Santa Monica as well. Love the "mark your car" feature and alarms to feed the meters! ### 5/5 — I live in Downtown LA *2013-04-09, version 3.3* This app is crazy helpful. I checked it out near my and apartment. I saw a ton of lots WITH their whole day's pricing! How the heck do they get all of that? I've recommended it to friends who come to visit me and it's never steered them wrong. One thing is, it's a little rough looking around the edges. Looks like it could improve though.
