Better pay for parking, what a sick way to get money out of people, apps like these should never be created, ### 1/5 — Pay Twice for Your Parking *2026-08-31, version 26.34.0* The app was very happy to take my money, yet when I got to the parking lot there was no scannable code. The gate would not let me in, so I was forced to use my credit card to get into the lot. Then there was no way for me to stop the app from taking payment for the same parking episode the second time. Stay away from this app. I have had several others. When you do, a green button pops up behind your number pad on the screen, but you can’t get to it, so it’s stuck. Bad programming ### 1/5 — Customer service does not work *2026-08-30, version 26.34.0* When asking to see if I can change the plate number the AI bot just repeat no, it was an event parking which was expensive, the charge high and have no flexibility, no customer care, they charge you just because you have no choice. ### 1/5 — Misleading and inaccurate *2026-08-29, version 26.34.0* I attempted to prepay so I could reserve a space for later in the day. I chose a zone. The app took my money and started a “session”. I chatted with customer service. The first thing they told me was that I could not get a refund. They also couldn’t give me the address of the zone I chose from their map - because it did not exist. I even went to the estimated location and there was no place to park. I had to pay THREE TIMES because first time I picked the wrong plate, then it put me in the wrong zone. The UI is impossible to use.
