When entering the time of parking, the numbers are difficult to scroll through. It should just be a keyboard entry. When dropping off the vehicle. The app instructs you to scan a barcode at a kiosk but I’ve never had it work. Also, it doesn’t allow you to save a vehicle. Making you enter the information every time. The website is more user friendly than the app which seems backwards. ### 2/5 — Not working *2026-05-20, version 3.0.5* The app won’t let me select or change the dates. The numbers are unresponsive and won’t change, despite force closing the app, having the latest version and trying a bunch of different months. Every time I go to use the app, some glitch seems to occur, picking dates, setting times… it’s always something. Website has its own issues like no ability to enter discount codes like CAA. Technology of any kind seems to be an almost insurmountable problem for this organization. ### 2/5 — Can't set drop-off time *2026-02-05, version 3.0.3* The app doesn't seem to fit on an iPhone SE screen, so there's no way to actually set drop-off time as the confirm / cancel buttons cover that part of the entry screen. ### 1/5 — NULL errors and difficult user interface. *2026-02-03, version 3.0.3* One of the worst app experiences I’ve had. Frequent NULL errors when calling up reservations. Impossible to select dates/times when booking due to poor layout at the bottom of the screen. It’s like they rolled this out with zero testing and zero app tech support to fix bugs. Too bad there is no competition. :( ### 1/5 — Was this created in 1998? *2026-01-15, version 3.0.3* App is not user friendly: they have a rolling pin for you to choose your booking/pick-up time. It is the smallest strip of area at the bottom of your screen. And you have to enter in your flight info, yet it doesn’t give you a suggestion of how to input it. Just keeps on giving you error msgs for format—then just show us what format you want. It takes what could be a 2-min booking process and turns it in to a 15-min process. The date/time picker controls are virtually unusable. I use Park’N Fly, and like their service, but the app is a joke. Their own employees acknowledge how bad it is. Since this is a major revenue entry point, I am shocked at the lack of interest or investment to fix it. Tells me I need to select a location, doesn’t give me the option. The scroll wheel for pickup and drop off time has the worst sensitivity and it’s tiny at the very bottom of the screen.
