The app states how easy and stress free it is to park. I spent over 35 minutes trying to get it to load, enter a phone number it's supposed to text you but there were no continue button, same with email. Stress free?  Spent the entire dinner worried I was getting a ticket.  The whole thing sucks.

Just downloaded the app after parking, opened app, enter parking sone and paid for 4 hours of parking. Came back at the end of 4 hours to find a citation for $33.00 because the ParkOakPark apparently is the same underlying program for several other cities and the app pulled a old license plate number for a car no longer owned. Never prompted me for a plate number. I had to dig to find an app for Evanston IL parking on the phone that had that old plate number and apparently shared the info with the SEPERATE APP for PARKOAKPARK and listed the wrong plate number - hence my situation after 2hours while I was still legally parked for 2 more hours. Unable to get anyone at OakPark or the app to help resolve. I have proof of the expired plate and the receipt for the paid parking. BUYER BEWARE -why have one data base for several different city apps without at least a warning prompt?
