This app is terrible. It won’t let me pay. It says, Set Up Payment, but when I enter my card info, it says Card Already Found…but there’s no option to use it. When I click Apple Pay, it says Park Oak Park does not accept Apple Pay. Why is it an option then?? ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work and steals money *2024-05-02* I talked to Park, I got multiple error messages that it would not accept payment of any sort even after re-entering it multiple times, so I went to the kiosk to pay. And then I still got charged from the app. The contact us page refuses to load and says Internet is not available, even though it is. ### 1/5 — Not a Good App *2024-02-06* Stick with the Passport app. This app doesn't take Apple Pay nor any of my cards, so I'll go ahead and pass! I’m assuming they want you to but their $25 parking card. Well I’m not in Oak Park that often, so no. Read below *2025-08-15* Just downloaded the app after parking, opened app, enter parking sone and paid for 4 hours of parking. Came back at the end of 4 hours to find a citation for $33.00 because the ParkOakPark apparently is the same underlying program for several other cities and the app pulled a old license plate number for a car no longer owned. Never prompted me for a plate number. I had to dig to find an app for Evanston IL parking on the phone that had that old plate number and apparently shared the info with the SEPERATE APP for PARKOAKPARK and listed the wrong plate number - hence my situation after 2hours while I was still legally parked for 2 more hours. Unable to get anyone at OakPark or the app to help resolve. I have proof of the expired plate and the receipt for the paid parking. BUYER BEWARE -why have one data base for several different city apps without at least a warning prompt? ### 1/5 — No longer works *2025-06-10* No longer takes my payment no matter what type ### 1/5 — Junk *2025-02-17* Doesn’t work.
