Please add the renewal option for memberships in the app. It makes no sense to have to call every month to ask your customer service agents to deduct the amount from the account. These are thousands of unnecessary calls for your team and very inconvenient for your clients. It’s a simple functionality fix.

I updated the app this morning. The app now has a message saying “warning. Token required”. Unable to top up the wallet balance or do anything else on the app. Please fix these issues. The update has caused problems.

I used lot of other parking solutions in UAE, but I think this is the best among other parking solutions. It’s a unique one compared to others. Parkonic provides a barrier less and ticketless parking solution which saves lots of time in the parking entrance and exits.
