The car park I visited only allowed payments through this app, which coincidentally only allows you to book parking slots in advance, not pay retroactively for the time you’ve already been there. Received a nice PCN after paying for the time I thought I’d been there but guessed slightly wrong, which I now have to appeal.

They require storing your bank details, storing a ridiculous amount of data about the car and individual. And because the UI is so appalling making even the most rudimentary of stupid mistakes, I have no confidence that my details would’ve stored securely. So I left and parked elsewhere

So when you sign up they ask you to create a user name and password, then they email your password to you .. what compounds this issue is the fact that they don’t accept Apple Pay and collect and display your credit card details on the app . Maybe one for the ICO
