The filter option groups local and state parks together, which leads to an overwhelming jumble of options instead of a manageable checklist. Even the map is so covered with local parks that it’s hard to find the state park symbols. If that were addressed and there was checklists of state and national parks and sites, it would be fantastic. ### 5/5 — Great App! *2024-09-06, version 2.6.2* My wife and I love to camp in our national Parks & Forests. We once had the paper passport, but there were occasions when we forget to stamp and others when we simply forgot the book. This app makes it so easy and graphically fun to log one’s visits to our greatest natural resources! Not only that, the customer service is fantastic! I was having issues, totally user fault, and Ivan was quick to respond and very helpful in explaining my mistakes! ### 2/5 — Very rough around the edges *2024-06-09, version 2.6.0* A beta app, with promise. Idea is great. Some issues: Map interaction is very rough. Zooming around with fingers doesn’t work well. Searching for a park will bring you to the underlying map’s park location, not the app’s clickable park icon. Parks are crowdsourced, so you’ll find, for example, a “local” Joshua Tree National Park correctly located and the real, national one located at one of the entrances. Passport stamps require a date of visit and will default to the date you add the stamp. Why do you have to remember the exact date?? Nice idea though. I hope this app gets some real investment at some point. ### 1/5 — Wants registration upfront *2024-06-06, version 2.6.0* I would like to look around the app before I give my email which will lead to my inbox being peppered with annoying and continuous emails. Deleted it. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-12-04, version 2.4.1* I’ve had this app for over a year now, it won’t let me register a password, so I’ve never been able to enter it. The subject matter is of interest to me and the graphics seem good, but I’ve never been able to use it, though it was just a glitch at first but it’s been on going for over a year now. ### 2/5 — Too many issues *2023-10-01, version 2.4.1* Great idea. However, it is next to impossible to click on a park that you have visited and add to your passport. ### 1/5 — App not working *2023-07-06, version 2.4.0* I have now reset my password several time and it still says my username and password are incorrect. ### 5/5 — Well worth it!! *2023-03-24, version 2.3.0* Definitely plan to spend time - and sunset colors are amazing! ### 3/5 — Reset Password *2022-12-11, version 2.3.0* I am not able to locate an area to reset my password. Occasionally things occur and the need for a password reset is required. I am unable to locate anywhere on the app to reset a password. I enjoyed using the app and reading about the parks but am now not able to get logged back in and need to reset my password.
