But it is already a week but didn’t show any update in the apps and now i have to pay more than that..please la sometimes we are really not free to pay at government places and i think all malaysian know the reasons why. But now i think this apps is just another way to show the efficiency of government.. such a shame ### 1/5 — Couldn’t delete account *2024-03-26, version 3.2.4* I have encountered a problem which is unable to make a parking payment. Then i’m using tng ewallet which is more reliable apps. Then I decided to delete my account but unable to delete the account. Downloaded the apps sebab kebanyakan parking dekat ipoh ada kompaun kalau tak ada coupon. Minimum topup on the apps is RM 10. used it like 2times and only used RM 0.60. Went back to KL and asks for refund of the remaining RM 9.40. Suddenly shows “balance will not be refund, unless atas sebab munasabah” So for those who are travelling to perak. Cari je lah counter yang jual coupon parking ni kalau pergi weekdays. Jangan download apps ni. I also unable to register as new user Cuz it said i have been registered before. LOL. This app is really not user friendly. First i using my email address to register, after using few month it will automatically to log out, but u try to relog in again it cant, it shown wrong password , try to changed password its still cant log in. Terrible, there was once as I couldn’t get into the app(the app kept on loading), I got fined by the authority. Bear in mind that I’ve been waited for some time for the app to load but in the end of the day, I was still the one who got fined by the authority even though it wasn’t my fault. Who’s here to blame then? Fix your app please. A lot of them are clearly dissatisfied with your service. ### 1/5 — No way to retrieve User ID *2023-01-03, version 3.2.3* Once you logout you must login with userID (user ID is not your name or email). If you forgotten it you can’t retrieve your account anymore cause support won’t answer calls even though they have more than 10 lines to choose to call to. You can’t buy a physical parking ticket now too. Then the app is offline and sometimes just waiting. I try with 2 different phone and yield the same results. Might as well use TNG. ### 1/5 — Issue with Payment for Compound Fine (RM15) – No Option for Exact Amount *2025-02-07, version 3.2.4* I had a frustrating experience using this app during my recent trip to Perak. After receiving a RM15 compound fine, I tried to pay through the app, but there were no options to pay the exact amount. Only even numbers like RM10, RM20, etc., were available, so I had to overpay RM20 instead of the RM15 fine. This means I lost an extra RM5 for no reason, and it's unlikely I’ll be going back to Perak anytime soon to recover the overpayment. I understand mistakes happen, but this issue needs to be fixed. Users should be able to pay the exact fine amount without being forced to overpay. Then when I try to use the ID and password to log in, it’s show my password was wrong. I tried for so many times. Then I signed in with using another ID, this time I’d make sure my password was correct and can be remembered. But still can’t log in. Unable to click in vehicle number not once but many times over. What??? i checked my car no paper but system shown kenderaan anda sedang disaman & cant extent time; So does that mean when the as long as officer check your car status this message will pop-up even before your time is ended? Called customer service but she was so rude and challenged me back by telling me i have to give my password to her so she try on her mobile. Is it the practice??? This is P&C from customer and she even hung up my call before i finished talking. Would be great if there was a parking timer function built in to the app so users can monitor the time left on parking. ### 4/5 — Works fine but updating takes a while *2023-09-01, version 3.2.4* Was terrified of the reviews but had to use because Touch n Go parking doesnt have Ipoh yet. For starters I just top up rm10 to see if it goes into the app. Thankfully it did but the last page confirming your top up doesnt appear and so you will need to close the open apps on your phone and reload it for it to appear. Thankfully it did because when i didnt do it earlier my value remaied rm0! ### 4/5 — Was skeptical but it is working *2022-12-27, version 3.2.3* When I first downloading the apps, a bit worried because of too many reviews mentioned their credit was missing and not working. I am glad that I able to top up RM10 for 2 days pass. I bought 2 different date days pass on the same day and the summary show only 1 date for both pass. I sent email to them and I got reply within a day.
