Don't mind they added a list view. But most people want to zoom in on their location on the map first ### 2/5 — It was great till the most recent IOS update *2016-11-18, version 2* This app was fantastic until I recently updated to the most recent iPhone iOS. I now get a message every time I open it saying that "this app may slow down your phone, developer needs to update app to prevent issues with new iOS". It now runs slow and functionality is about half of what it was. Developers please fix!!! ### 1/5 — Terrible Update *2016-10-31, version 2* I used this everyday and loved it but now the list view doesn't work, the map view is horrible to navigate, and some of the garage locations on the map view aren't accurate. Very disappointed and needs fixed!! ### 1/5 — What happened? *2016-10-22, version 2* This app used to be helpful, and I hope whatever these glitches are with this recent upgrade will be ironed out and it will be again. At the moment, none of the menu options work. All you can do is zoom in on a specific garage to select it and check its capacity (which given the tiny size of the viewing window is not only aggravating and inefficient, but rather "clunky" looking.) ### 1/5 — Recent upgrade makes the app impractical *2016-10-18, version 2* This app used to be decent, and I had almost no issues with it - then they updated it. Now, it's crap and useless unless you want to manually zoom in on the map and know which garage you want. The menus to select a garage by name, or even by neighborhood no longer work - you cannot select any of the options. The app is never up to date and the data refresh is not fast enough to meet market needs. Map is very small and no way to collapse the headers at top (you can scroll down on the page by dragging the headers up, but that's really hard to figure out). No support. The mobile app to be a little finicky on my phone, so I was hoping the iOS app would work much better. Unfortunately, it no longer works on my 64gb iPhone 4S running iOS6. The app will only stay open for a fee seconds before crashing. I've deleted and reinstalled to know avail. App appears to be abandoned. ### 1/5 — Awful *2019-07-26, version 2.3* They tell you where to park to go to events but neglect to tell you that all those lots are prepaid only. App told me there were 109 spaces at 6th and Penn. no, it was full. Same thing happened at the next garage. What a waste of time, sitting in traffic. I ended up at Forbes garage, (old Kaufman’s), got there on my own. The front screen info vs. the specific garage you choose for more details isn’t even close with accuracy! So the whole purpose of the app now can’t be trusted. Northside, limited. No information on heights (for wheelchair vans). Also, how often is it refreshed? It's completely broken now, the zoom doesn't work, none of the interface buttons work, you can't view a list of garages, even the contact info on the website is broken. I'm all about giving interns a go at something but it's like no one even tested the update before it was released. Please bring back the old app! You can't get a list of the garages, only a map view or choose a destination. When opening, it gives a message that the app needs updating or it will slow your phone down. Everything the others are saying about the terrible new update is true. If money was paid for this app update to be developed, the money should be returned and a new app developer should be assigned ASAP.
