I’ve been using a spot associated with Parkpoolr for a while so decided to download app to make payment quicker. App found spot easily enough but whenever I clicked on book now the time and payment screen would flash briefly then the screen would go blank and stay that way. Resetting app and phone did not change response. App is doa in my situation unfortunately.

Requires a phone number to log in instead of an email so our company cannot have it on multiple accounts. Also no way to change the phone number or email of the account without sending them an email, which I did 2 weeks ago

Always shows blank screen during booking process and app becomes unresponsive.

**Developer response:** Thank you for reporting this bug. This should be fixed. If you are able to try again that would be great.

Downloaded to park in a specific lot.  Took 8 clicks to find the lot, even with location services turned on.  After exerting my credit card info, just kept getting the same message (no matter what I changed) about the lot not having availability.  I was standing in the lot and it had plenty of availability.  Better details would have helped me understand what to do.  Instead, I was left feeling like I was tricked into giving my credit card number to someone I don’t know for no good purpose. Grrr…..

In the installation process, the App requests you to “turn on location” .  My iPad does not have a GPS receiver so I can’t finish the installation. Most iPads don’t have a GPS receiver so this is a critical flaw.

When I choose the parking lot and want to book, it will show me the white blank page and no response.

Won’t let me sign up. Garbage app. Just trying to park.

**Developer response:** We're very sorry this happened.  We had a brief outage, but everything is fixed and working perfect again.  We hope you give ParkPoolr a second chance in the future.

This is brilliant. No need to drive around. Look for parking. Figure out if I need cash. All in one spot. And support local businesses and or home owners. And Jackson is the best.
