Can use the app when the location can’t be seen. Many issues needs fixing

App is ok if you have to be there. but they snatch up all of the parking in the area and jack the price up up up. They also have people out at all hours writing tickets the moment your time expires.  Better to just avoid Savannah.

No matter where I go, it says “Location not currently available.” it won’t even let me put in the numbers, this is just when I try to tap “New Session.” It’s especially frustrating when I don’t have my card on me, this is why I use the app in the first place.

I am NOT a tech-savvy person, but this app was easy to use… until I was double-charged on the same day for the same spot. I have been trying to reach a human being since March, & it is now May 1st! After reading the Terms & Conditions, emailing & calling as instructed, & never getting ANY responses… I finally had to start threatening to dispute the duplicate charge before getting ANY attention from anyone. I have now been told I will get a refund check in 14-16 days. Just an FYI-I WILL dispute it on Day 17. Too much runaround from a seriously defective system that completely ignores its customers. SHAME ON YOU, City of Savannah!
