The verification is ridiculous and tricky, and defied my iPhone’s efforts to copy the temporary PIN over. Have to guess what I’m typing is correct as the input field is hidden by the keyboard. iphone 12pro max, ios 17.0.3 ### 1/5 — Just took my payment and removed amount for payment *2023-05-19, version 9.2.2* So the app took my payment and the stall I paid for and it doesn’t show in my app. Funny I can’t contact anyone for help and so I’m at the mercy of parking enforcement and spent time proving I paid for the parking. My history shows that your app took my payment but nothing shows up in my app that the stall I paid for is paid. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work. *2023-05-10, version 9.2.2* App use to work, however does not work anymore. Today I tried adding a new payment and nothing would go through, tried multiple payment types and everything failed. It kept saying error so I wasn’t able to use parking so I had to go out and move my car while people were waiting for me at the restaurant. It was annoying and frustrating. ### 1/5 — Un-american *2022-03-23, version 2.2.0* How can they force you to pay for an hour at 2$ and pay fees and pay a minimum 10$ to fund. The 38$ parking ticket is exorbitant. This is what happens when the city sells out to private interest. Better for a corporation at the expense of 🇺🇸 us all. ### 1/5 — While app is easy to use there are draw backs. *2022-02-26, version 2.2.0* You can’t extend time any the fine for being late are exorbitant! I was l try to leave an event and it took about 23 minutes to get all bank to the parking spot and I got a ticket for $56.00 fine to pay. It wasn’t worth it. I should have parking somewhere else. ### 2/5 — Works but needs streamlined onboarding *2021-12-27, version 2.2.0* It worked but…A couple great features from other apps were missing: seeing the text confirmation pop up when received, being able to copy the code from messages directly into the app. Even when I manually went to my messages and copied the code, I couldn’t past it in and had to remember and key in manually. Then there was no integration with Apple Pay nor the option to access any stored card from my phone, so I had to go find a card and turn on the lights (I tried to do this in bed before 8am while sleeping in on vacation), and instead of taking ~1-2 min the process took 5-10. ### 1/5 — Pain in the you know what *2021-07-21, version 2.2.0* If you’re from out of town: Whats that you want to park to go into the drugstore to pick something up real quick? All you need to do is go to a website, install an app, give up your phone number, enter a code, set up a pin, give your location data, decline notifications, search for parking zones, enter the zone number, enter a credit card number and zip code select how long you want to park and pray it works and you don’t get a ticket. ### 1/5 — Over asking (location) permission *2021-07-09, version 2.2.0* I don’t see any map in the app/directions. No. Just no. Those garbage machines you have around town hardly ever work. I don’t know how to get my money refunded and I don’t know how to get into contact with anyone to help solve the issue?? It is difficult to figure how to put in the zone and many times the screen is just blank so I can’t do anything and have to use the booth. What is the point. It won’t even let you edit or delete a card, so if you need to renew a card you can’t. Most of the time it’s just a blank screen, sometimes you can enter your zone number and then go to a blank screen. Tried reinstalling multiple times on my iPhone 15. The graphics are simple and bright. When I do nights at the gym and juggle gear across the road at rush hour, the simplicity is appreciated. I like the saved the area code and the notification that time as almost up. It would be nice to have at least a half hour option, instead of having to pay for an hour minimum at $2. If I have to run in and out, I still have to mess with putting change the meter machine, which is inconvenient. But, though I will eat $1 for 10-15 mins, I’m unwilling to pay $2.
